Bethenny Frankel Enjoys Tequila and Fans in Beverly Hills

As she works through divorce proceedings, Bethenny Frankel was spotted at Spago in Beverly Hills on Monday night.
The Skinnygirl mogul "sipped Patrón at a cocktail table in the bar area with a gentleman that looked to be in his mid-50s," an onlooker tells PEOPLE.
But it was only "tequila and conversation" for the duo, who didn't order anything off the dinner menu.
Despite her very public split from husband Jason Hoppy, Frankel's spirits seemed high. "She was laughing and smiling and even took pictures with guests at the bar," the source adds.

Bethenny Frankel documented her marriage to Jason Hoppy on television – and now she's opening up about her divorce on television, too.
"I can't just only be on reality TV and show everything when it's fairy princess, fairytale, and then not take my hits when I have to," she says on Wednesday's The Ellen DeGeneres Show. "Just going through something personal you have so many different emotions, and I feel like a bit of a disappointment to all of you. And, I feel like a failure."
"You are not a disappointment. You are not a failure," DeGeneres says.

It's business as usual for Bethenny Frankel.
After filing for divorce from husband Jason Hoppy a few days earlier, the Skinnygirl mogul took her beloved dog, Cookie, for a walk in New York's Tribeca neighborhood on Sunday.
Bundled up in a down jacket and boots, Frankel, 42, shielded her face with sunglasses as she strolled down the street with her pup trailing behind her.

It's official – Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy's marriage is over.
Having announced a separation over the holidays, the reality star began the divorce process by filing earlier this week in New York, TMZ reports.
"It brings me great sadness to say that Jason and I are separating," Frankel, 42, had said in a statement Dec. 23. "This was an extremely difficult decision that as a woman and a mother, I have to accept as the best choice for our family."

Bethenny Frankel may be "devastated" over the failure of her marriage, but in the latest issue of PEOPLE she celebrates a great success – a friend's weight loss.
Thanks to Frankel, 42, New York City writer Nick Feitel, 25, has had what the Bravo reality star calls "a manformation."
Feitel, who weighed 225 lbs., joined Frankel's website as a culinary columnist (and appeared on her show Bethenny Ever After) last year, though his confidence was at low ebb.

Fans of their Bravo reality shows watched Bethenny Frankel and husband Jason Hoppy work through tough times in their marriage. So when the couple announced their split on Dec. 23, many were left wondering, what was the final straw?
"There was no one turning point that caused this," a friend tells PEOPLE, adding that the stress of the cameras was not a factor for the couple, who wed in 2010 and are parents of daughter Bryn, 2½.
The couple had argued over the years about everything from the frequency of their visits to his parents' home to birthday plans, but "they tried to make it work," says the friend. "It just got too hard to be husband and wife."

After calling this their "toughest year ever," reality star Bethenny Frankel announced on Dec. 23 that she and Jason Hoppy, her husband of nearly three years, were separating.
Having said earlier this year that the two were fighting for their marriage (her show Bethenny Ever After focused on the struggle), Frankel, 42, had revealed her concerns to PEOPLE during an interview in May.
"Nothing comes easily for me," she said at the time. "Being successful in business doesn't come easy for me. Marriage doesn't come easily for me. You have to fight for everything."

Bethenny Frankel and husband Jason Hoppy have called it quits after almost three years of marriage.
"It brings me great sadness to say that Jason and I are separating. This was an extremely difficult decision that as a woman and a mother, I have to accept as the best choice for our family," Frankel said in a statement Sunday.
"We have love and respect for one another and will continue to amicably co-parent our daughter who is and will always remain our first priority," the statement continues. "This is an immensely painful and heartbreaking time for us."
