Bobby Flay's signature Super Bowl Sunday recipe actually comes from his wife.

"She's a Texas girl, through and through, and she loves her beef brisket with coleslaw and pickles," Flay shares. "I do, too, but I don't necessarily have the patience to wait on the brisket. This burger satisfies her craving for a taste of home and my need for speed, all in one."

Bobby Flay once said that he and school didn't get along so well. But apparently he's ready to give it another shot.

"I want to go to college and go back to Georgetown. It's a really cool place," the celebrity chef, 45, told PEOPLE on Saturday in Washington, D.C., after the White House Correspondents' Association Dinner with President Obama.

What would he study at Georgetown? "Anything," said Flay, who dropped out of high school in New York City in the early '80s to become a line cook. "I didn't go to college. I'm ready to start over."
