Brad Garrett's Divorce Is Finalized

Brad Garrett's divorce from his wife of seven years, Jill Diven, has been finalized, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE.
Garrett, of Everybody Loves Raymond fame, currently stars on the FOX sitcom 'Til Death.
The former couple, who separated in April 2006, have two children, Max, 9, and Hope, 7. They will share joint legal and physical custody of the kids, with Garrett paying $20,000 per month in child support, the documents show.

Emmy winner Brad Garrett, who plays put-upon brother Robert Barone in the CBS hit "Everybody Loves Raymond," does not intend to return to the show unless he gets a hefty pay raise, his reps tell the Hollywood Reporter.
