Brian Austin Green was on daddy duty Friday in New York, taking son Noah out for a walk in a red stroller through SoHo without his wife Megan Fox.
Fox gave birth to Noah in September 2012.

Lately I've been getting a lot of questions about Megan Fox and how incredible she looks only weeks after giving birth to her son.
Megan, and her husband Brian Austin Green, have been clients of mine for years and may just be the fittest couple in Hollywood.
This week, I sat down with PEOPLE to answer some of those questions and share secrets to Megan's fit pregnancy and killer post-baby body.

She welcomed son Noah Shannon Green in September, and sultry Megan Fox was sexy as ever on her first red carpet since giving birth.
The new mom, in a fitted lace dress, flowing hair and always smiling, was joined Friday in Beverly Hills by husband Brian Austin Green for the March of Dimes Celebration of Babies luncheon, which also welcomed Elizabeth Banks honoring Reese Witherspoon.
The couple were even spotted pow-wowing with Molly Sims, showing off their respective baby pictures on their smart phones.

Pregnancy cravings?
Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green stepped out for lunch together on Thursday at Casa Vega in Los Angeles.
"They were very nice, and she looked very cute pregnant," an onlooker tells PEOPLE.
The parents-to-be enjoyed guacamole, taquitos, tortilla soup and cheese enchiladas.
Although the couple is expecting their first child together, the Transformers star is already a stepmom to Green's 10-year-old son, Kassius Lijah.

There's no more staying mum for Megan Fox: The 26-year-old is visibly pregnant in new photos.
The Transformers actress and her husband Brian Austin Green have remained tight-lipped about rumors that she's expecting, but in new images of the couple in Hawaii, Fox flaunts her baby bump.
The photos show Green kissing and caressing Fox's bare belly with a lush, tropical landscape in the background. Hawaii is a favorite spot for the couple, who got married on the beach almost exactly two years ago.

Megan Fox, hubby Brian Austin Green and his son Kassius recently had a little family outing – but it was Fox who reaped the benefits of the leisurely day.
The reportedly pregnant actress got a manicure at Bellacures in Studio City, Calif., while Green and his son chatted in the back of the salon. Using OPI, she had her nails colored with their Pedal Faster Suzi shade.
But leaving the pampering to Fox didn't seem to faze the males because an onlooker tells PEOPLE, "They [seemed like they] had a great time just relaxing and hanging out together."
The source says the trio passed on any food or drinks, but Fox "did not [appear to] have a baby bump at all."
