When Keeping up with the Kardashians premiered nine seasons ago in 2007, only one member of the family was truly a household name: Bruce Jenner.
Since then, the show has made stars of the entire Kardashian clan. But in the wake of his October separation from wife Kris, the 64-year-old Jenner is now leading a very different life and spending less time in front of cameras.
Having changed his look and moved to Malibu, "Bruce just wants to chill out, play golf and enjoy his life more low-key," says a production source on the show.
A fixture at the Sherwood Country Club in Thousand Oaks, Calif., the 1976 Olympic gold medalist – whose net worth is an estimated $100 million – often hits the links or indulges in another favorite hobby: flying his beloved remote-control helicopters.

Bruce Jenner's sometimes dysfunctional relationship with son, Brody, has been well-documented on Keeping Up with the Kardashians but Bruce says a little golf was all the duo needed.
"We talk all the time. We talked this morning," Brody, 30, told PEOPLE on Saturday. "It's all about golf; all we talk about is golf."
Wearing blue golf pants to a party he hosted at Hyde in Las Vegas on Saturday night, the former Hills star added that his father, 64, is doing well despite his recent separation from wife, Kris.

Kris and Bruce Jenner may have separated, but they're anything but estranged.
In fact, they appear quite chummy – and the proof is on Instagram. On Thursday, Kris posted a photo of herself hanging out with Bruce and his two sons, Brandon, 32, and Brody, 30, at Kris's home. And the quartet seemed to be having a blast.
"Another amazing night @brodyjenner @sprandoni and Bruceeeeee!!! Too fun I love you guys!!! Best hearts #sorryTMZgotitwrongAGAINLOLFollow," Kris, 57, captioned the pic, alluding to a TMZ report that claimed that the 63-year-old Bruce's sons were happy with the split.

Boys' night out!
Chris Pine, Brody Jenner and Mike Comrie all hit Teddy's at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood Monday night – albeit separately.
Pine – clad in a blazer, button-down and jeans – was tucked away all night at the back of the club, where he sat talking to pals and sipping on vodka cocktails.
"He did end up talking to a few girls at his table, but it seemed friendly and not flirty," says an onlooker of the Star Trek Into Darkness actor.
A few tables over, Jenner sipped on a beer and flirted with a couple girls.
"One of them even took off his hat and ran her fingers through his hair," the source says. "He was enjoying the attention and seemed to be into at least one of them."
Meanwhile, Hilary Duff's husband was on his best behavior, arriving to the club around 11:45 p.m. In a white hat, black T-shirt and jeans.
"It seemed like a boys' night out," says the source of Comrie. "He poured [tequila] shots for his friends and bobbed his head to the music."

Brody Jenner is a football fanatic!
The former Hills star enjoyed an egg dish and sipped on a light beer while watching some football at Barney's Beanery in West Hollywood on Sunday.
"Brody seemed very passionate about the games," an onlooker tells PEOPLE. "He was sitting at the bar, chatting with two middle-aged men. His phone was face down, he didn't seem to care about much else than the game."
While Jenner has kept a low profile since his involvement on the MTV reality show that made him famous, he makes the occasional appearance on his step-siblings' show Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
"He seemed to go unrecognized and was growing a bit of facial hair. He seemed in a good mood and very low-key," the source adds.

By the time Kristin Cavallari joined The Hills, the show's plots may have been highly exaggerated, but when Lauren Conrad was still on, she says much of it was actually real.
"I think the story they told wasn't a dishonest one," Conrad, 26, tells Allure in its November cover story. "The way they did it sometimes was. They aren't going to be there for everything. Sometimes two of their main characters will get into a fight, and that's important to the story line. The [producers] need that reenacted."
One true plot was a romance with Brody Jenner.

Brandon Jenner and Leah Felder took advantage of their tropical wedding locale in Hawaii – as is clear from new photos of the couple's nuptials.
In a picture of the couple's two families, the group looks like a postcard for a Hawaiian holiday. The family members – including dad Bruce Jenner and wife Kris Jenner and Brandon's mom Linda Thompson – they are standing on the beach and wearing classic white, tan, yellow and coral tones. Many of the women, including the bride, have flowers in their hair.
A photo of Felder's bridesmaids, among them Kendall and Kylie Jenner, shows that the ladies kept to the breezy, outdoorsy theme in their colorful wardrobe as well.

Cue the 1974 hit "Best of My Love"!
Bruce Jenner's son, Brandon Jenner, married Leah Felder, daughter of former Eagles guitarist Don Felder, in Hawaii on Thursday in an intimate sunset ceremony on the beach.
Kendall and Kylie Jenner served as bridesmaids for Leah, who wore a Monique Lhuillier gown. The bride's "something borrowed" was a diamond and platinum bracelet from the groom's mom, Linda Thompson.
"Brandon and Leah are the most beautiful reflection of each other," Thompson tells PEOPLE. "They not only bring the best out in each other, they believe the best about each other."
