Following a very rough couple of weeks, Camille Grammer says she's doing well – even without the support of her allegedly abusive boyfriend.
"I'm feeling great," the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star tells Dr. Mehmet Oz on The Dr. Oz Show Thursday, just four weeks after undergoing a radical hysterectomy for early stage endometrial cancer.
"Once in a while I'll get a little pain here and there, but I'm walking around," she adds. "I was able to go trick-or-treating with my kids and my life is moving forward and I'm feeling very well."

Camille Grammer was granted a temporary restraining order against her boyfriend Dimitri Charalambopoulos on Tuesday after she says he assaulted her in a Houston hotel room.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star claims that Charalambopoulos, 36, repeatedly slammed her head into furniture during the altercation, which took place on Oct. 16, just five days after she underwent surgery for endometrial cancer.
In the court filings obtained by PEOPLE, Grammer, 45, stated that the argument began at 1:30 in the morning when Charalambopoulos, her boyfriend of two years, received text messages and phone calls "from another woman."

Camille Grammer is recovering from surgery Friday after she was diagnosed with early stage endometrial cancer.
"She underwent a radical hysterectomy today," her rep, Howard Bragman, tells PEOPLE. "The surgery went well and she is expected to make a complete recovery following a significant recuperation period."
The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 45, who has two children via surrogate with her ex-husband, former Frasier star Kelsey Grammer, was at an elevated risk for cancer due to genetic issues, her rep says.

Don't look for Camille Grammer on the upcoming Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion – nor on season 4 for that matter: The reality star has decided to call it quits, a source close to Grammer tells PEOPLE.
"There were some good times and some not so good times, but it's very hard to live your life out on the screen," the source says, referencing her divorce from Kelsey Grammer, which played out on the show's first season.
Grammer's decision comes at a time when there is great uncertainty regarding the upcoming season's cast.

Kelsey and Camille Grammer's bitter split has led to a fragile co-parenting relationship that Camille says is all but broken – marred by an almost complete lack of communication made even worse, she claims, by a weird rule Kelsey has at his home.
"They're not allowed to same my name in the house," the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 44, says in an interview airing Tuesday on Anderson Live. "These poor kids, my daughter and my son, can't say my name in their father's house."
"I think they can say 'Mom' or 'The other household,' " she adds. "But they can't say my name. They can't say 'Camille.' "

Camille Grammer has been through the kind of hellish time that Adrienne Maloof is experiencing these days. But it's nothing a little time and a new man can't fix, Grammer says.
"She is staying strong. It's a very difficult time for her. A public divorce on a reality show – it was impossible for me, so I empathize with her," Grammer, 44, told PEOPLE Monday at TV Guide's annual Hot List Party in West Hollywood.
Maloof, 51, and Dr. Paul Nassif just reached a divorce settlement. And Grammer says she has been in touch with her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills costar to talk girlfriend to girlfriend.
"She'll get by. It just takes a while," says Grammer.
What's the secret to getting through it? New love – and lots of sex, she says.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills are back, and Adrienne Maloof's divorce drama is poised to take center stage.
Of course, no Housewife worth her salt would allow one woman to take all the glory.
Real estate agent Marisa Zanuck (who's married to movie producer Dean Zanuck) and former model Yolanda H. Foster join Maloof, Brandi Glanville, Kim Richards, Kyle Richards, Lisa Vanderpump and Taylor Armstrong for season 3, which premieres Nov. 5 (9 p.m. ET) on Bravo.
Meanwhile, Camille Grammer may not be an official Housewife per se, though she will appear on the show.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills have not seen the last of Camille Grammer after all.
Despite reports in March that the reality star, 43, would not return to Bravo series, Grammer says she's making appearances on camera – just not as frequently.
"I'm still working on the show," she told PEOPLE at Friday's 19th Annual Race to Erase MS in Los Angeles. "I show up once in a while as a guest appearance. I'm not sure what my title is at this point."
