The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills have not seen the last of Camille Grammer after all.
Despite reports in March that the reality star, 43, would not return to Bravo series, Grammer says she's making appearances on camera – just not as frequently.
"I'm still working on the show," she told PEOPLE at Friday's 19th Annual Race to Erase MS in Los Angeles. "I show up once in a while as a guest appearance. I'm not sure what my title is at this point."

Fourth marriage, but first tattoo!
Kelsey Grammer is so smitten with his wife of 14 months, Kayte, that he braved the tattoo needle for the first time on Saturday, getting her first name emblazoned on his waistline, the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
With Walsh by his side, the Boss star, 57, looked over some designs at Chicago's Insight Studios and got the tattoo in blue ink, with letters about half an inch tall, says tattoo artist James Eastwood, who did the honors.

Weeks before the first episode aired in September, the second season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills was swathed in domestic drama after the suicide of Russell Armstrong.
This year, the Bravo cameras caught many of the ups and downs in the ladies' lives – tracking the marital problems of Taylor Armstrong and her late husband, the struggles of sisters Kyle and Kim Richards and the stresses as Lisa Vanderpump began planning her daughter's wedding, an event which was captured in Monday night's anticipated finale.
Joyous (and extravagant) as the event was, as the centerpiece of the finale, Pandora's nuptials managed to sideline the more pressing plot lines of the season. Largely missing from the episode were two of the show's biggest drama magnets: Kim and Taylor.
