It's a Girl for Carnie Wilson!

Carnie Wilson has added to her brood.
The singer and game show host gave birth to a healthy baby girl on Friday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, her manager Mickey Shapiro confirms to PEOPLE.
Wilson is "happy as a lark," says Shapiro, and both mom and baby are doing well. "They're happy, healthy and smiling."
Baby Luciana Bella, named months before her entry into the world, weighed in at 6 lbs., 5 oz. She is the second child for the star and husband Rob Bonfiglio, who welcomed daughter Lola Sofia in April 2005.

She has the name picked out and an eager older daughter. Now, Carnie Wilson is ready to have her second baby, who is due in early June.
"I'm tired and my tummy is so tight!" Wilson, 41, told PEOPLE at Saturday's GSN Game Show Awards in Beverly Hills. "She's healthy. She's three weeks away, 2½ weeks away. I'm feeling great."
Joined at the event by her musician-husband Rob Bonfiglio, mother Marilyn, and aunt, Wilson said, "I didn't know what it would be like at nine months' pregnant. But I really wanted to be here, and I'm honored. I got into hair and makeup, and I'm rolling down the carpet!"

Carnie Wilson has fought a very public battle with her weight over the years, and the expectant mom insists pregnancy is no excuse to start raiding the cookie jar.
While she goes to great lengths to keep her nutrition up, she also knows she has to watch what she eats. "I don't need to pick at Oreos or pick at muffins," Wilson, who is due in June, tells PEOPLE. "I've put on 42 lbs. at [age] 40. I don't have to gain any more weight. I put my foot down. The baby is growing, and she's perfect."
Wilson is also staying active, taking on hosting duties for a revival of The Newlywed Game on GSN, which premieres Monday, for which she taped 40 episodes during her pregnancy.

Carnie Wilson can get the personalized pillow ready – she's already picked her new baby's name, five months ahead of the impending delivery.
"It's Luciana – but we'll call her Lucy. Isn't that great?" the singer tells her TV host on The Bonnie Hunt Show scheduled to air Tuesday.
Adds Wilson, "I love being 40 and pregnant. It rocks! I am Fertile Myrtle, you could say."

Carnie Wilson is going to be a mother for the second time.
Wilson, 40, and husband Rob Bonfiglio, 41, are expecting a baby in June, her rep confirms to PEOPLE.
The couple welcomed their first child, daughter Lola Sofia, in April 2005.
The Wilson Phillips singer, who underwent gastric bypass surgery in 1999 and appeared on Celebrity Fit Club 4, has said she wants to enjoy her pregnancies instead of focusing on her weight.
