He may be PEOPLE's reigning Hottest Bachelor, but Chace Crawford doesn't stand a chance with Leona Lewis.
The singer says she turned down a chance to smooch the Gossip Girl hunk when he appeared in her latest video because she thought it would make her beau, Lou Al-Chamaa, jealous.
"They wanted me and Chace to kiss in the 'I Will Be' video. But I said no way," she tells the U.K magazine Sugar, which goes on sale Saturday.

Gossip Guys Get Help Sprucing Up Their New Digs

Sorry ladies, PEOPLE's Hottest Bachelor Chace Crawford already has a special woman in his life to help decorate his brand new bachelor pad: His mom.
He's also not the only Gossip Girl actor on the move. He and his mother actually ran into costar Penn Badgley on a recent trip to look for lamps at Crate and Barrel.
"He was with his mom shopping for his new place, too," Crawford told PEOPLE at a Manhattan launch party for the BlackBerry Tour smartphone from Sprint. "It was really funny. I was like, 'What are we doing here, man?' And he's like, ‘I don't know. Right now it looks like we came together with our moms to Crate and Barrel. What's going on?' It was embarrassing."
But Crawford, who moved out of the apartment he shared with Ed Westwick – also recently spotted furniture shopping – says his new digs are coming along.

Chace Crawford Celebrates Turning 24

Chace Crawford may be PEOPLE's Hottest Bachelor – but he still has close ties to his old friends, who helped him celebrate his birthday over the weekend.
The Gossip Girl star flew 15 high school and college pals from Dallas to New York to celebrate his 24th birthday – which was Saturday – along with his new friends, such as costar Sebastian Stan and actor Toby Hemingway.
"His hometown friends got along great with all his New York city pals," a source tells PEOPLE.

Asked about Chace Crawford's comment in this week's PEOPLE about his "Velcro patch of chest-hair," Westwick, 21, didn't bat an eye, though he did deliver a snarky retort of his own for his friend and fellow Gossip Girl costar: "I'm just not a pretty little boy, now am I?"
No doubt the hordes of young women gathered at Bloomingdale's K-Swiss Classic Remastered dance party Thursday in Manhattan would disagree. Wherever Westwick, 21, goes, fans automatically congregate.

Chace's Reaction to Being PEOPLE's Hottest Bachelor: 'It's Surreal'

Chace Crawford was happy to be named PEOPLE's Hottest Bachelor, but the Gossip Girl star says it wasn't until he considered his competition that the honor really sunk in.
"We were trying to watch the college games last night," Crawford, 23, told Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM radio show Thursday morning. "Me and my friends are flipping through and Access Hollywood, they're like x-ing out the other guys. When they're x-ing out [George] Clooney, that's when it hit me. I go, 'Wow, that feels pretty surreal.' "
