Chad 'Ochocinco' Johnson & Evelyn Lozada Are Officially Divorced

Evelyn Lozada and Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson are officially divorced, PEOPLE has confirmed.
"Evelyn and Mr. Johnson were divorced this morning in an uncontested final hearing," Lozada’s lawyer Michael Gilden, tells PEOPLE. "My client is a single woman and looks forward to her future."
One month after Lozada, 36, filed for divorce on grounds the marriage was "irretrievably broken" following a domestic dispute, a Florida judge made it official on Wednesday. The judge also upheld a private pre-nup agreement.
Johnson, 34, was arrested on Aug. 11 on a misdemeanor domestic violence charge after he allegedly head-butted Lozada during an argument.

Is Chad Johnson – formerly known as Chad Ochocinco– hoping to reconcile with his estranged wife Evelyn Lozada?
After his arrest on Aug. 11 for allegedly head-butting Lozada, the former Miami Dolphins player recently showed off a new tattoo of Lozada's face on his leg. When a Twitter user mentioned the tattoo and Lozada's filing for a divorce, Johnson responded, "Divorce? Child please... that's my WIFE." To another user, he wrote, "I don't give a flying pretzel in skittle rainbow hell what she filed for."
But Lozada is adamant that their relationship is over. "You can't repair this," Lozada told PEOPLE exclusively last week. "Not right now. You just can't."

Chad Johnson (formerly Ochocinco), normally a vivacious Twitter presence with more than 3 million followers, has finally broken his silence – on Twitter – following his arrest for allegedly head-butting his new wife Evelyn Lozada. "I haven't had to tread water in a long time.…" he wrote on Tuesday. "Special thank you to my fans...family...friends for keeping me afloat..."
Also, the football star and Dancing with the Stars alum changed his Twitter profile picture to a road sign pointing in two directions: "Rock" and "Hard Place."

After just 41 days of marriage, Evelyn Lozada has filed for divorce from Chad Johnson (formerly Ochocinco) following a domestic dispute.
Lozada – who was allegedly head-butted by the former Miami Dolphins player and Dancing with the Stars contestant – filed for divorce in Florida on Tuesday, claiming her marriage is "irretrievably broken," PEOPLE confirms.
Johnson, 34, was arrested Saturday night, on a misdemeanor domestic violence charge.

Evelyn Lozada is speaking out.
Following Saturday's domestic violence incident involving the Basketball Wives cast member and husband Chad Johnson (formerly Ochocinco), she told Entertainment Tonight, "I am deeply disappointed that Chad has failed to take responsibility for his actions and made false accusations against me."
Johnson was taken into police custody Saturday after he allegedly head-butted Lozada, who was treated for a "pretty good sized" laceration at a nearby hospital, Davie, Fla., police Cpt. Dale Engle told NFL.com over the weekend.

Soon after Chad Johnson's arrest for a misdemeanor domestic violence charge in Florida on Saturday, VH1 announced the cancellation of the reality show starring the Miami Dolphins receiver, who used to go by Chad Ochocinco, and his new wife, Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada.
"Due to the unfortunate events over the weekend and the seriousness of the allegations, VH1 is pulling the series Ev and Ocho from its schedule and has no current plans of airing it," the network said in a statement Monday.

Former Dancing with the Stars contestant Chad Ochocinco married fellow reality star Evelyn Lozada in a July 4 celebration Wednesday in Miami – in what might be the most exhaustively documented wedding ever.
Cameras were on hand to film the nuptials for the upcoming VH1 reality show Ev and Ocho. And the Miami Dolphins player, 34, was also live-Tweeting before, during and after the ceremony, offering a play-by-play of events.
"Live tweeting from my wedding ... should be a first I'm assuming, music is playing, can't see my guests right now but they're here," he wrote on Twitter early in the evening.

Chad Ochocinco made 200 people very happy – and, presumably, very full – Monday night when he extended a very generous invitation to his Twitter followers.
"Dinner in NY tonight," Tweeted the New England Patriots wide receiver – and model Evelyn Lozada's fiancé, 34. "1st 200 people at Sylvia's Restaurant by 7 pm in Harlem. Leave ya money/credit cards at home. I got you this time."
About a half-hour before 7 p.m., the popular Harlem soul-food eatery posted a photo of the fans crowding outside.
"The line for @ochocinco is wrapping around the corner!!" the restaurant Tweeted.

Chad Ochocinco needs a change of clothes for church.
"Swear to lil 10 pound bearded baby Jesus, I just got peed on by a real lion" the football star wrote on Twitter early Sunday morning. "I'm not lying either. And y'all wonder why I don't go out!"
Ochocinco along with fiancée Evelyn Lozada, was in attendance at a Voices for Children charity event in Miami when a caged lion relieved himself, spraying "like a water gun."
