Luckily the 18-year-old star of Two and a Half Men, who says he's registered as an independent, has been getting some solid advice from Chelsea Clinton – and, no, she's not pushing one candidate over the other.
"Get an I Voted sticker," Clinton told Jones Wednesday after a National Journal/Microsoft/The Atlantic panel at the Republican National Convention in Tampa, Fla. "That's still a really exciting thing for me."
Replied the teen star: "Absolutely! They better give 'em out in L.A."

Originally posted 08/15/2012 11:15AM
Chelsea Clinton might have political pedigree in the form of dad, former President Bill Clinton, and mom, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, but so far she's declined to step into the public-service arena herself – until now.
Speaking to Vogue in its September issue about possibly diving into politics, she reversed her usual stance, answering, "I don't know," when asked if she'd consider a political career.
"Before my mom's campaign I would have said no," Clinton, 32, said about her mom's unsuccessful 2008 presidential bid. "Not because it was something I had thought a lot about, but because people have been asking me that my whole life."
"And now I don't know," she continued. "I mean, I have voted in every election that I have been qualified to vote in since I turned 18."

Originally posted 11/01/2011 11:15AM
Hillary Clinton's mother, Dorothy Rodham, died just after midnight Tuesday in Washington, D.C., according to a statement from the Clinton family. She was 92.
Secretary of State Clinton announced she was canceling a trip to Istanbul and London Monday to stay with her ailing mother. No medical information was disclosed.
Born in Chicago, Dorothy Rodham was raised by her grandparents in California. Later in life, she moved to Arkansas to be closer to the Clintons, and she became involved in charity work, focusing on organizations that help neglected and abused children.
"Her story was a quintessentially American one, largely because she wrote it herself," the family statement reads. "She overcame abandonment and hardship as a young girl to become the remarkable woman she was – a warm, generous and strong woman; an intellectual; a woman who told a great joke and always got the joke; an extraordinary friend and, most of all, a loving wife, mother and grandmother."
