Can Cheryl Burke do that? And what about Joe Jonas, or maybe Ciara?
That's the question NBC will ask as part of its new variety show tentatively eyed for summer called I Can Do That! The network announced today that it has ordered six hour-long episodes of a new comedy variety series that will pit six celebrities against one another while they perform skills that they never knew they had.
Marlon Wayans will host the weekly competition, on which the former Dancing with the Stars pro Burke will join Jonas and Ciara, as well as Nicole Scherzinger, stand-up comedian Jeff Dye and actor Alan Ritchson (The Hunger Games: Catching Fire).

The 10th anniversary of Dancing with the Stars will have two serious absentees, but the show can and must go on.
Executive Producer Rob Wade told PEOPLE that the departure of Cheryl Burke to NBC and Derek Hough's show at New York's Radio City Music Hall shouldn't change the dynamic of show that will return to ABC for a 20th season in March.
"There is still a huge amount of fan favorites we can bring back," said Wade, who's reached out to Anna Trebunskaya, Kym Johnson, Tristan MacManus and Louis van Amstel, among others, about returning this season.

When Dancing with the Stars pro Cheryl Burke said goodbye Monday night, she meant it.
As she hinted at the beginning of the season, Burke, 30, is preparing to leave Dancing with the Stars – the ABC reality show that made her a household name.
Her contract isn't up until the end of the season, but the judges and viewers hastened her departure by booting her celebrity partner Antonio Sabato Jr. on Monday.

How's this for scary: Judge Len Goodman started the night in a casket!
It was an appropriate opening because the returning judge had to help sound the death knell for Antonio Sabato Jr.
No matter how many times the soap star went shirtless under the mirror ball this season, he and partner Cheryl Burke just couldn't keep the judges, or viewers, happy.
"I danced with one of the best in the world," Sabato Jr. said. "It's all about the fans and that's why I am here."

No one got eliminated Monday on Dancing with the Stars but there were lots of new – and hazardous! – moves going on under the mirror ball.
"Bang Bang" singer Jessie J had the unenviable task of guest judging on a night that involved switch-ups among the duos – and not everybody got the partner they deserved. (Tough luck, Michael Waltrip!)
