In September, Chris Daughtry turned heads when he Tweeted a shirtless photo of himself after a 23 lb. weight loss. Since releasing the photo, Daughtry has kept the pounds off – and even built more muscle, thanks partially to the large home gym on his 45-acre estate in rural North Carolina where he works out "almost every day."
But what happens when he goes on the road?
As the rocker and his band embark on a co-headling tour with 3 Doors Down this month, Daughtry, 32, knows the risks.

Hottie with the body!
Rocker Chris Daughtry has been hitting the gym – and has some major muscles to show for it.
Earlier this week, the rocker Tweeted a shirtless photo of himself, writing, "Just left the gym! After 5 yrs of neglect, I'm PUMPED to see AB's again! Hard work and commitment is paying off!"
Detailing his fitness and health regimen, Daughtry, 32, also Tweeted, "Since the Lifehouse tour in 2010, I've lost 23 pounds, but some of that was muscle. I had to refocus my food intake and mix up my routines."

Chris Daughtry and his wife, Deanna, are expecting twins via surrogate, the rocker announced on his Web site Monday.
"Deanna and I are overjoyed about this double blessing," Daughtry, 30, said in the statement. "Thank you for your expressions of love and support and for respecting for our privacy during this special time."
The babies, who are due in in November, were conceived via IVF and – due to Deanna's partial hysterectomy four years ago – were transferred to a gestational surrogate who will carry them to term.
The American Idol alum and his wife are already parents to son Griffin and daughter Hannah.

Country will get a little bit rock and roll with the addition of Daughtry to the roster of performers for the 43rd annual Country Music Association Awards, the CMA tells PEOPLE.
The show – to air on ABC Wednesday, Nov. 11, at 8 p.m. ET – will feature a duet between the five-man band (fronted by 2006 American Idol finalist Chris Daughtry) and Vince Gill on "Tennessee Line," a track off Daughtry's most recent album that featured Gill on harmony vocals.
The CMA also announced that Tim McGraw will be returning to perform for the first time in four years.
