Christina Aguilera cites the birth of her son Max as the biggest inspiration for the title song of her new album, Keeps Gettin' Better – A Decade of Hits.

Max gave her "a new sense of life, a new way of looking at myself," the singer tells Entertainment Tonight Canada.

"I talk about being a super girl in the song 'Keeps Getting Better' and really that's due in great deal to the fact that I've had a complete new appreciation for women in general, for what we're capable of doing, of what our bodies are capable of undergoing, and creating” since the Jan. 12 birth of her son with husband Jordan Bratman.

"I really enjoyed making the video," Aguilera says. "Being an artist who likes to play around with different looks, it was a lot of fun to portray various characters within the same shoot."

The song will be featured on her greatest hits CD, which includes 10 of her best singles and another brand new song, "Dynamite." It will be available exclusively at Target stores on Nov. 11.

Christina Aguilera and husband Jordan Bratman, supporting musician pal Linda Perry's latest project, a heavy-metal band she's producing called Bigelf, at the Roxy in Hollywood. "They snuck in discreetly," a fellow concertgoer tells us of the pair, who snuggled in a booth at the rock show. The only time Aguilera got up was to chat with Perry, who sat catty-corner to them in a booth.
