Grey's Anatomy's Chyler Leigh Welcomes a Baby Girl

She's merely a few hours old, but Chyler Leigh's third child is already displaying one talent – impeccable timing!
Leigh, 27, and her husband, actor Nathan West, 30, welcomed their daughter Anniston Kae just seven days after Leigh wrapped filming Grey's Anatomy's fifth season, Leigh's rep tells PEOPLE exclusively. "Both mother and child are healthy," he says.
Anniston, who weighed 7 lbs., 1 oz., joins siblings Noah Wilde, 5, and Taelyn Leigh, 2. And the family hasn't ruled out the possibility of more children in the future.
"We love our family," West told PEOPLE in November. "If I wasn’t working as much and [Chyler] didn't have the show, we'd have five or six kids."

Grey's Anatomy actress Chyler Leigh is expecting her third child, PEOPLE has learned exclusively.
"They are absolutely thrilled and looking forward to the new addition to their young family," her rep tells PEOPLE.
The actress, 26, and her actor/musician husband, Nathan West, are already parents to two children.
Leigh's pregnancy will not be written into the Grey's storyline, according to her rep Marcel Pariseau.

WEEK IN REVIEW: 'Practice' Downsizes

LEGAL EXIT: Dylan McDermott, Lara Flynn Boyle, Kelli Williams, Lisa Gay Hamilton, Marla Sokoloff and Chyler Leigh are all leaving "The Practice" after David E. Kelley Productions and 20th Century Fox TV did not pick up their options, said the Hollywood Reporter. The dramatic downsizing is being blamed on the drastic reduction -- an estimated 50 percent -- of the licensing fee paid by ABC for the Emmy-winning series. The Reporter also says that Kelley wishes to follow the lead of "Law & Order" and "ER," which have revolving doors when it comes to casting.
