Millennials' favorite high-school sweethearts are returning to TV this summer – with a twist.
Cory and Topanga, the Philadelphia couple whose love was immortalized on Boy Meets World, are no longer fresh-faced youngsters sorting out the mysteries of life. On the upcoming Disney Channel spin-off Girl Meets World, the pair are now grown parents raising a daughter of their own. Yes, that's right: Cory Matthews's dad jokes will finally be age-appropriate.

OK, so that may just be the millennial interpretation of events; for the tweens Girls Meets World is aimed at, the teaser introduces the adventures of Riley Matthews (Rowan Blanchard) and her best friend, Maya, whose troublemaking schemes are foiled by Riley's parents, a couple the camera seems to spend a longer-than-average amount of time lingering over.

Bert and Ernie. Joey and Chandler. TV land is brimming with memorable bromances.
But were Cory and Shawn from Boy Meets World the best ever?
In this behind-the-scenes look at the show, the duo certainly give things a good shot.
"Sean and Cory have true bromance," says one of the talking heads in the clip. "They started it all."

Take that, haters.
Danielle Fishel, 32, strutted her stuff in a bikini while currently honeymooning with Tim Belusko in Hawaii.
The former Boy Meets World starlet flaunted her physique just days after ranting on Twitter.

Boy Meets World star Danielle Fishel is still walking on air a week after tying the knot with Tim Belusko.
"I keep calling him 'my husband,' " she tells PEOPLE of newlywed life. "It's awesome!"
Fishel, 32, also shared one of her favorite (and private) moments from the big day on Oct. 19.
"Tim and I went into the reception room before all the guests were let in," she says. "When I saw how beautiful it was and all the hard work I had put into it, my breath was taken away. Tim and I danced alone on the dance floor for a few minutes. We took it all in."

The honeymoon isn't even over yet for Danielle Fishel, but the Boy Meets World actress has taken to Twitter to slam online haters who criticized her for everything from marrying a younger man to her weight on her wedding day.
"People are giving me s–– for marrying someone younger than I am," Fishel, 32, Tweeted Sunday, the day after marrying her longtime boyfriend, Tim Belusko, 25, in Los Angeles. "Tim is mature, responsible, loving, & kind. Way to judge people, Internet."
The couple met when, at the age of 27, Fishel returned to college, where she was Belusko's math tutor.
