After becoming man and wife in a quiet evening ceremony Saturday, actress Emily Deschanel and writer-actor David Hornsby mingled with family and friends, including her Bones costar David Boreanaz, at their wedding in the Pacific Palisades.
The bride is wearing 10-carat diamond drop earrings and two platinum-and-diamond scroll hairpins by Neil Lane.

David Boreanaz had what looked to be a happy birthday celebration in New York City with his wife Jaime Bergman and young son Jaden.
The Bones star, who turned 41 on Sunday, was snapped leaving his midtown Manhattan hotel with his family. As for activities, the actor and his son, 8, took a day trip to Central Park – then later enjoyed dinner with the family.
Of course, not everything's been running smoothly in Boreanaz's world: He recently admitted to cheating on his wife. "I was irresponsible," he told PEOPLE earlier this month. "We're working on our marriage. We're working on repairing what has been damaged so badly."

David Boreanaz’s wife, Jaime Bergman, is willing to try to repair their marriage after learning that her husband of nearly nine years was unfaithful – but it's a rough road.
"I’m not saying everything’s okay," says Bergman, 34. "I'm still angry. I'm still mad. I am still hurt. "
The couple, who are parents to, Jaden 8, and Bella, 8 months, have been working through their issues for the past year with the help of therapy.

Bones star David Boreanaz is opening up about reports that he has been unfaithful to his wife of nearly nine years, Jaime Bergman.
"Our marriage has been tainted with my infidelities," the actor admits to PEOPLE. "I just want to be open and honest. I was irresponsible."
The actor, 40, is coming forward, he says, because a former mistress, whom he declines to name, contacted an attorney and threatened to contact media outlets.
"I was associated with a woman who I was involved with and had a relationship with," he says. "She asked for money. I felt as though I was being blackmailed or there was some sort of extortion."
Now, with the news of his infidelities out in the open, Boreanaz is getting down to the difficult task of salvaging his relationship with his wife.
"We're working on our marriage," he says. "We're working on repairing what has been damaged so badly."

It's been three and a half weeks since David Boreanaz and wife Jaime Bergman welcomed their second child, daughter Bardot Vita, and everyone is "happy and healthy," the Bones star tells PEOPLE's Celebrity Baby Blog. "It's all good."
Enjoying a short break at FOX’s Eco-Casino party on Monday, Boreanaz compared the transition into fatherhood to the situation his character of Seeley Booth is working through on Bones, calling it a "very interesting road ... looking at love, finding it and trying to apply it to somebody who really is special."
Costar Emily Deschanel added that the new dad was a little "nervous before the baby was born," but is now "just so happy. He’s excited to be a daddy again!" Calling baby Bardot "adorable," the actress reveals that the proud papa is "always showing pictures of her [on set]."

David Boreanaz's bundle of joy has arrived. Wife Jaime Bergman delivered the couple's second child, daughter Bardot Vita Boreanaz, on Monday, PEOPLE has learned exclusively.
Baby Bardot weighed in at 7 lbs., 14 oz., and joins big brother Jaden Rayne, 7, at home.
The birth comes as a relief to Bones star Boreanaz, who had been staying close to home in case Bergman, who had been on bed-rest, went into labor.
"I must maintain a 20-mile radius. I cannot travel beyond that," the former Angel star, 40, told PEOPLE recently. "If I do, I'll freak out – I have to be there when the baby comes."

Ever since David Boreanaz let slip on Regis & Kelly Live in March that he and wife Jaime Bergman are expecting their second child, the Bones actor has clung close to home.
"Jaime's pregnant, we're doing construction at the house, and I'm just pulling my hair out," Boreanaz, 40, tells PEOPLE. He and Bergman, wed since 2001, already have a 7-year-old son, Jaden Rayne.
Now there's the new arrival – a girl – to consider. With Bergman on bedrest for the majority of the pregnancy, Boreanaz felt more comfortable staying near.
"I didn't go to Comic-Con because the baby was going to come at any minute," says the anxious father. "We're just waiting and waiting. It's nerve wracking, extremely, [but] I finally just decided that it's going to come when it's going to come."

It's going to be another little angel for David Boreanaz and his wife Jaime Bergman.
The former Angel star, 39, let the news slip on Wednesday's Live with Regis & Kelly.
As he was explaining "the birds and the bees" to the couple's 6-year-old son Jaden Rayne, he asked, "You're aware that mommy and daddy are having a new baby?"
To which Live co-host Kelly Ripa interjected: "Did you just say you're having a new baby?" And the cat was out of the bag!
"I said that? Oh I did! Yes, I'm having a new baby," Boreanaz, who currently stars on Bones, confirmed.

You can wish David Boreanaz "Happy Birthday" today (he turns 37), but don't even think of throwing him a surprise party. That's because, despite taking center stage in the crime drama Bones (whose season finale is Wednesday), he'd rather not be the center of attention off-screen. Boreanaz, once TV's sexiest bloodsucker on Buffy, the Vampire Slayer and Angel and now FBI agent Seeley Booth on his FOX show, is a lot more comfortable playing dad to 4-year-old son Jaden (with actress and former Playboy model wife Jaime Bergman). PEOPLE.com caught up with Boreanaz about his favorite part of being a parent and why he's put his vampire days behind him.
