While Spelling spent quality time with son Liam in the sand, McDermott splashed and paddleboarded in the surf. Days before, the two shared some alone time at the 7th Annual Malibu Wine Classic event, where they enjoyed braised short ribs and sweet potatoes from STK. "They were in really good spirits the entire time,” says an onlooker.

It was a weekend of family fun in the desert for Spelling and hubby Dean McDermott, who hosted wedding festivities for friends Bill Horn and Scout Masterson. After the dinner, Spelling danced late into the night with a crowd that included the newly married couple and her 2-year-old son Liam – who tore up the dancefloor for hours and even showed off some solo moves. Meanwhile, McDermott spent quality time with his 10-year-old son Jack while daughter Stella, 11 months, dozed nearby in a nanny's arms.

Dean McDermott Goes All Out for Tori Spelling's Birthday

Dean McDermott had so many ways he wanted to celebrate Tori Spelling's 36th birthday that he took a long weekend to do them all.
On May 14, the actor surprised his wife with a new tattoo: A large Koi fish symbolizing Tori, a tiger representing Dean, and three baby Koi fish for Liam, 2, Stella, 11 months, and (McDermott's son from a previous marriage) Jack, 10. The tattoo also featured peonies, which stand for health and prosperity, and the word "forever."
"I did it to profess my undying love for my gorgeous wife and beautiful children," McDermott says of the creation, which took Tim Hendricks at Spotlight Tattoo in Hollywood seven hours to complete. "She loved it when I revealed it to her. She thinks it's beautiful, chic and sexy."

Cars! Cake! The Jumpitz!
After missing his birthday party the previous weekend due to a high fever, Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott's son Liam was treated to a car-themed encore on Sunday.
Together with his mom, dad, 9-month-old sister Stella and 16 party guests, Liam celebrated his second birthday at his new home outside Los Angeles with the help of toys from the movie Cars, a car-shaped cake (from Beverly Hills bakery Hansen's Cakes) and a performance by his favorite music group, The Jumpitz.

Tori Spelling Has a Girl!

Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott welcomed their second child, a daughter, on Monday, PEOPLE has confirmed.
Stella Doreen McDermott was born at 3:13 p.m. in a Los Angeles hospital via C-section. She weighed 6 lbs., 8 oz. and was 19 3/4 inches long, a rep for Spelling says.
The couple also have a 1-year-old son, Liam Aaron. McDermott, 41, has a son, Jack, 9, from a previous marriage.
Spelling, 35, revealed she was expecting a girl in March.
"I've always wanted a little girl since I'm such a girly girly," said Spelling, who had an emotional reaction when she found out. "I immediately started crying. I couldn't believe it. I have my beautiful little boy and now I'll have my little girl! It's amazing."
