Dean Sheremet learned that his wife LeAnn Rimes was cheating on him when she told him in a phone call.
The dancer-turned-chef, who divorced the country singer in 2009, told Access Hollywood's Billy Bush on Thursday that he was blindsided when he learned that she was cheating on him with her married Northern Lights costar, Eddie Cibrian.
"I never saw it coming," he admitted.

Dean Sheremet is once again a married man.
The dancer-turned chef and food blogger, who was married to singer LeAnn Rimes for seven years, tied the knot with his fiancée, photographer Sarah Silver.
On Sheremet's blog, he posted a video of the newlyweds stepping out of a City Clerk's office. Sheremet, 30, is wearing a gray suit with no tie and his bride, 35, is in a short, one-shoulder red dress, holding a bouquet of flowers. The couple share a passionate kiss before stepping down the stairs and approaching the camera.
"Happy happy day," the blog post reads.

There's one credit that LeAnn Rimes says is not on her resume.
"I hear there are rumors of a 'sex tape,' " the singer Tweeted after reports surfaced of the tape featuring her with ex-husband, Dean Sheremet. "I have never filmed myself having sex on tape, period. Haven't joined that club LOL!"
Sheremet split from Rimes in 2009. Rimes married Eddie Cibrian in April.

That was fast.
On the same day Deane Sheremet filed for divorce last week from LeAnn Rimes, they agreed to a confidential divorce settlement, Los Angeles court records show.
"The [settlement] shall not be filed in this proceeding due to the parties mutual desire to maintain their respective rights to privacy," the document reads. The settlement presumably divides their cash, property and other valuables.
Both Rimes, 27, and Sheremet, 29, will be legally single after their marital status officially ends on June 19, 2010.

Three months after announcing their separation, Deane Sheremet has filed for divorce from country star LeAnn Rimes, according to Los Angeles court papers.
Sheremet cites "irreconcilable differences" for the end of their nearly eight-year marriage, which crumbled as Rimes began a relationship with actor Eddie Cibrian, who also was married at the time to Brandi Glanville (Cibrian and Glanville are also divorcing.)
Sheremet, 29, is seeking spousal support from Rimes, 27, and wants her to pay the attorney fees, according to the papers, which were filed Thursday in Superior Court. The pair have no children.

It's over for LeAnn Rimes and husband Dean Sheremet.
"After much thoughtful mutual consideration, Deane and I have agreed to move forward with dissolving our marriage," the country star says on her Web site using the spelling of her husband's given name. "This decision was amicable and we remain committed and caring friends with great admiration for one another. Thank you so much for all of your continued love and support – it is deeply appreciated."

LeAnn Rimes made her first public appearance on Saturday since PEOPLE broke the news that she and husband Dean Sheremet have separated after seven years of marriage.
Performing at the Deer Valley Music Festival in Utah, Rimes spoke to concert goers about the difficulties of being in a relationship.
"You know, I think that you will all really be able to relate to this next song in your lives. You probably know it's inevitable that in a relationship, sometimes you will have your heart broken at some point," she said. "Sometimes, you might say that you can't do anything and sometimes, you want revenge. Sometimes, you say, 'You're not worth it.' But sometimes, you don't, and that's when you leave it in God's hands and know that he will take care of it."
