Demi Moore & Ashton Kutcher's Divorce Heats Up

It's been three months since Ashton Kutcher filed for divorce from Demi Moore – and nearly a year and a half since their split – but on March 7, the actress, 50, came out swinging.
Responding to Kutcher's petition, she sought spousal support and legal fees. "In the last years [of the marriage], Demi felt like she had been wronged," says a family source. "She's the one who was forced to end it. She's making a point."
For his part, Kutcher, 35 – who has been dating his That '70s Show costar Mila Kunis, 29, since his six-year union ended in 2011 – has run out of patience, according to afriend of his.
"He tried to make their marriage work, it didn't, and he waited over a year to file," the friend says. "Now he's just annoyed."

Demi Moore wants Ashton Kutcher to show her the money.
More than a year after they split and nearly three months after Kutcher filed for divorce, the actress finally responded Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court, seeking to have her ex pay both spousal support and attorney fees.
Moore, 50, citing the usual "irreconcilable differences" for the split, is now headed for a possible courtroom battle with Kutcher, 35, over the financial terms to end their six-year marriage.

After months of trying to negotiate a confidential and amicable settlement with Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore is expected to file a divorce response, putting their case on course for a possible trial, reports the New York Post's Page Six.
The couple, who married in September 2005 in a Kabbalah ceremony at their Beverly Hills home, split in 2011.
Kutcher, 35, filed for divorce in December 2012, but negotiations on a settlement stalled, reportedly over finances, according to the Post – quoting a source who said Kutcher (who last year reportedly earned $24 million year from the CBS hit Two and a Half Men) was "very difficult during the talks. You could even say he has been hostile."

Matt Damon more than made up for his decade of being bumped from Jimmy Kimmel Live.
Declaring "I am in command of this ship," Damon not only hijacked the show Thursday night, but he brought along a little big-name help.
Ben Affleck, Jennifer Lopez, Nicole Kidman, Demi Moore, Amy Adams, Sally Field, Robert De Niro, Don Cheadle, John Krasinski and Oprah Winfrey all played a part.
Andy Garcia sat in as sidekick. Sheryl Crow led the band.
And where was Kimmel? Oh, he was there, all right: gagged and tied on the back of the set, as Damon took over.

Demi Moore Is Dating Harry Morton

Demi Moore may have a new love interest.
The actress and restaurant owner Harry Morton have been on several dates in recent weeks, including one to the South Beverly Grill in Beverly Hills, according to a source.
"Demi was very giddy during her date with Harry," says the source. "She was really into him and seemed to very much enjoy his company."
Moore, 50, and Morton, 31, have also hung out together at Moore's Beverly Hills home, the source adds.

Ashton Kutcher & Mila Kunis Spending the Holidays in Iowa

Just days after making it official and filing divorce papers from Demi Moore, Ashton Kutcher was spotted out with Mila Kunis on Saturday night.
The former That 70s Show costars visited Fruitzen Frozen Yogurt in Cedar Rapids, Iowa – the actor's hometown, where they are spending the holidays. (As for their dessert choices, Kutcher ordered peach yogurt, while Mila had the orange sorbet.)
Kutcher, 34, filed for divorce on Friday following a separation from Moore than lasted over a year. The divorce papers – which were filed in Los Angeles Superior Court – cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the dissolution of the couple's marriage.

After more than a year with their marriage in legal limbo, Ashton Kutcher has filed for divorce from Demi Moore.
The papers were filed Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court. Kutcher, 34, citing irreconcilable differences, isn't seeking any spousal support nor is he asking the court to deny Moore any. The documents also show that because the couple had no children together, child support and visitation are not an issue.
Back in Nov. 2011, the couple announced they were ending their 6-year marriage.
"As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life," Moore, 50, said at the time, following reports of Kutcher's infidelity.

Demi Moore Dances Up a Storm at Miami Party

Demi Moore has officially arrived in Miami for Art Basel week – and from the looks of it, she's ready to party!
The actress, who may be in town to support her rumored beau, art dealer Vito Schnabel, 26, started her evening Wednesday at a private event at Alex Rodriguez's home. Arriving around 8 p.m., Moore, 50, was dressed in a short blueish-gray romper and funky black glasses. Sources tell PEOPLE that she seemed calm, friendly and relaxed.
"She didn't even have a drink in hand," a source added of Moore, who spent time in treatment earlier this year.
According to one guest, Moore spent much of her time at the party in close conversation with Stacy Keibler. "They seemed like good friends," the attendee said, adding that she also chatted with Owen Wilson and Martha Stewart.

There was no lack of excitement in Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux's household over the weekend.
The recently-engaged pair kicked off December with a tree-trimming party, which has been an annual tradition for Aniston, 43.
On Sunday, pals including, Demi Moore, Ellen DeGeneres, Portia de Rossi, Ben Stiller, Christine Taylor, Tobey Maguire, Jennifer Meyer and some of Aniston's employees came out to the couple's Beverly Hills rental house for a family-friendly fete.
"The party was for both adults and children," a source tells PEOPLE. "Jen loves having children around and she always has fun activities planned for them. While the adults mingled, the younger guests were able to color and play games."
