Denise Richards Saddened to Send Daughter to School

How does Denise Richards feel about sending daughter Sam, 5, to kindergarten this fall? Let's just say, "it's complicated."
"It's bittersweet," the actress and reality star told PEOPLE Saturday night at the Much Love Animal Rescue's third annual summer fundraiser Bow Wow WOW Howlywood! in Los Angeles. "Sami starts kindergarten, which I cannot believe, in a couple of weeks. I'm so sad about it."
Richards, 38, who has two daughters with ex-husband Charlie Sheen – they're also parents to Lola Rose, 4 – said the time has flown by. "I can't believe how fast five years have gone," she says. "I'm very proud of her and very happy, but from here on out she's in school."

Denise Richards: Daughters Are Excited About Charlie Sheen's Sons

Don't expect any sibling rivalry between Charlie Sheen's children.
The actor's two daughters with ex-wife Denise Richards are eager to spend time with their newborn half-brothers, according to their mom.
"The girls are really excited," Richards tells Entertainment Tonight of daughters Sam, 5, and Lola, 3. "They can't wait to see them."
The Two and Half Men star and his wife, Brooke Mueller Sheen, welcomed twin boys, Max and Bob, on Saturday night.
"[Brooke and Charlie] just had the babies and we're letting Brooke heal," Richards added to Access Hollywood. "Then they will see their new brothers. They can't wait. They actually drew a picture for them, they are so excited."

Charlie Sheen's Daughters Unharmed in Car Wreck

Charlie Sheen and ex Denise Richards's daughters are unharmed after being involved in a car accident Friday in Malibu, his rep tells PEOPLE.
"Charlie told me that the girls are fine," said publicist Stan Rosenfield. "He said it could have been much worse. They were in
their car seats, and he is extremely grateful for the safety features from Mercedes.”
The girls, Sam, 4, and Lola, 3, were being driven in a Mercedes SUV around 3:30 p.m. when a Honda Civic made a turn in front of them, sparking a four-car collision, Sgt. Evans of the L.A. Sheriff's Department confirms. The girls' nanny was driving.

Denise to Send Charlie a Wedding Gift from Their Girls

They've been embroiled in one of the messiest Hollywood breakups, but Denise Richards says ex-husband Charlie Sheen can expect a wedding present from her – in their daughters' names.

the Morning radio show Friday when asked about Sheen's upcoming nuptials.
The Two and a Half Men star and real-estate investor
Brooke Mueller are getting married Friday in Los Angeles.

Denise Richards: Charlie Faked E-Mail

Though they were officially divorced in 2006, the bitter, three-year battle between Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen over custody of their two daughters ratcheted up another notch Wednesday morning, when Richards appeared on the Today show – along with a previously never-seen e-mail in which Richards purportedly requested a sperm donation from Sheen, after their split.
Richards labeled the e-mail – which purportedly had been sent to Sheen's then-girlfriend and now-fiancée Brooke Mueller – as bogus.
"That e-mail is not legitimate," Richards, 37, told interviewer Matt Lauer. "It's a doctored e-mail. I would never send an e-mail to his ... girlfriend, and, at the time of that e-mail, I was with Richie [Sambora]. If I wanted anybody's sperm, I'd have asked for Richie's."

Denise Richards: No Weight-Loss Talk in Front of Daughters

Denise Richards may focus on staying (and looking) fit – but she'll never complain about her weight in front of her daughters.
"I'll never talk about weight around them," the actress tells Shape magazine in its May issue. "And they'll never hear me say, 'Mommy's feeling fat today.' That kind of attitude just makes young girls grow up to be dissatisfied with their bodies."
Instead, Richards says she tries to set an active example for her girls, Sam, 4, and Lola, 2.
"Working out is part of my life, not just an I-have-to-get-ready-for-a-photo-shoot thing," she tells the magazine. "I exercise almost every day. The girls usually play in the workout room with me, so they're learning by example."

He lost in court. Now Charlie Sheen is taking his fight public.
The Two and a Half Men star – who took ex-wife Denise Richards to court in a failed attempt to prevent her from including their two daughters in a reality show – is now urging viewers to tune out the upcoming E! series.
"I think we should all just boycott the damn thing!" Sheen, 42, half-jokingly told PEOPLE Wednesday night at an Academy of TV event for his sitcom. "Issue a mass boycott."
In January, a judge gave the former Bond Girl, 37, permission to include the ex-couple's daughters Sam, 3, and Lola, 2, in the as-yet-untitled show (which is being produced by Ryan Seacrest's company to air this summer).
