Of the 2,460 people who live in Tontitown, Arkansas, none have made quite as many headlines as the 19-plus – and counting – in the Duggar family.
Since Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar invited cameras into their lives in 2008, viewers have seen the TLC stars through courtships, new additions and no shortage of controversy. Most recently, eldest son Josh Duggar spoke out in response to reports that he was once accused of molesting five underage girls as a teen.
"Twelve years ago, as a young teenager, I acted inexcusably, for which I am extremely sorry and deeply regret," Josh, who resigned from his position at the Family Research Council as a result of the accusations becoming public, told PEOPLE in a statement. TLC has pulled 19 Kids and Counting from its schedule amid the reports.

It's already been 5 weeks since a dramatic, 70-hour delivery brought baby Israel David Dillard into the world.
In a photo shared on proud father Derick Dillard's Instagram, Jill is pictured holding her baby in much the same way she used to show off her baby bump during her (overlong) pregnancy.

Jill (Duggar) Dillard – who went through a 70 hour labor and cesarean section to welcome son Israel David Dillard on April 6 – has a busy first Mother's Day ahead.

When Mother's Day comes to the Duggar house, the celebration is, well, Duggar-sized.
"Oh boy, do we ever celebrate," Michelle Duggar, 48, tells PEOPLE exclusively. "We definitely do. Jim Bob and the kids come up with all kinds of ideas."
For the matriarch of the famously expansive clan, which stars in TLC's 19 Kids and Counting, Mother's Day usually includes over a dozen handmade cards, no cooking for mom (she might get one of her favorite meals – chicken and dumplings) and all "being together as a family," she says. Husband Jim Bob, 49, helps the kids with all the preparations, she says.

At Derick's birthday party, also shown in Tuesday's episode, his mom, Cathy, gave the couple what was perhaps their most touching baby-related gift – a handwritten note from Derick's late father, Rick
"I just want you to know someday," read the note, "your daddy was laying on the couch next to your mom tonight, and I said 'I love you,' right to your head through her tummy – and you gave my hand a good strong kick! It was the first time I got to feel you kick."

Just in time for Mother's Day, 19 Kids and Counting aired Jill's Special Delivery, a two-hour special that went behind the scenes of the belated arrival of Israel David Dillard.
From the baby shower all the way to the complicated, 70-hour delivery, no stone was left unturned in the episode that also had Duggar matriarch Michelle, 48, opening up about her own many pregnancies – including the one that sadly ended in a stillborn birth.

"She's got information overload," shares Duggar matriarch Michelle, 48, in a sneak peek at this week's episode of 19 Kids and Counting, a two-hour special titled Jill's Special Delivery. "Plus, there's the realization that she's fixing to go through [the delivery of her first child]. Put those together and you could call that stress!"

Though Jill (Duggar) Dillard has had years of experience with babies, both as a student midwife and as a sister to 15 younger siblings, she's found out there are some things you have to go through yourself.
"There are a lot of things that seem different than I thought they would be," says Jill, 23, who gave birth to son Israel David on April 6. "I have just asked my mom a lot of questions about what is normal and what to expect."
