Two years before Diane Keaton charmed audiences in Annie Hall, she posed for photographer Norman Seeff.
But Seeff says Keaton's off-camera persona matched up with what she portrayed on-screen.
"You know when you see Diane in a movie and there’s this kind of personality, this bright-eyed innocence? When I worked with her, there was this same feeling, but underneath the innocence was such a smart woman. She had the wonderful ability to just be herself. She flowed from one thing to the other, so I just kept pace with her. It was a jewel of a session," he told Vanity Fair of photographing the actress.

Diane Keaton has a look like no one else's, and it somehow never gets old.
"I like fashion because it's kind of playtime," says the 67-year-old Annie Hall Oscar winner. "I don't think about it a lot – I'll just go in there and try something. I like picking and choosing. It's the editor in me."

Mindy Kaling is one confident lady!
The poised star of The Mindy Project looked pretty in pink on Wednesday as she stood in front a huge room full of people and admitted, "I love praise."
Conducting the opening statements at The Hollywood Reporter's annual Women in Entertainment breakfast, which honored Diane Keaton, Kaling said praising the Academy Award-winning actress "is enjoyable because she is so self-deprecating. That's one way to get your message across!

After Leno held up the cover of AARP magazine, on which the actress poses alongside her rescue dog Emmy, Keaton rushed offstage and soon returned bearing a puppy named Clover in her arms.
