Four days, 11 stages, 424 acts, more than 60,000 fans – the sheer volume of activities and people at the CMA Music Festival in Nashville last weekend was truly mind-blowing. We were there, and from the pressroom and LP Field to the riverfront, we were determined to see CMA Fest from a brand new angle.

Dierks Bentley is really serious about this "Drunk on a Plane" thing.
To promote his latest single, the country superstar arrived at the red carpet of Wednesday night's CMT Music Awards dressed as a pilot from the song's hilarious music video.

Some things just get better with age – just ask Dierks Bentley.
He performs in a pair of WWII paratrooper boots, drives a '94 pickup, and at the age of 39, "I'm in the best shape of my life," says the singer.
We noticed – and that's one reason he made it onto PEOPLE Country's Sexiest Men list, along with 51 other hot country guys.
Luke Bryan took top billing this year, and while pal – and former title holder – Blake Shelton still holds his own on the list, Bryan couldn't resist having a bit of fun at Shelton's expense.

If you think Bentley's new song "Drunk on a Plane" is fun, just wait until you see this video. It's what flying should be (well, minus the drunk pilots!). The singer shows off his flying skills (he's a licensed pilot in real life), his passion for partying and his ability to rock a mustache – all in less than five minutes.

They say everything is bigger in Texas – and that's certainly true for Chris Young's new show, which premieres on Saturday in San Antonio.
The singer offered a sneak peek this week at his new stage show, which he calls his first "real production": it features a much bigger set than his previous concerts, state-of-the-art lights, hydraulics, giant video screens and an elevated catwalk. Oh, and two semis shrink-wrapped with his likeness to haul everything around. "It's a little weird for me to look at my face that big," Young jokes to PEOPLE.
