Beyoncé has created a holiday frenzy – delighting fans by announcing a surprise new album just before midnight Friday, then secretly releasing it immediately after the announcement.
With 14 songs and 17 videos, the self-titled album features several collaborators including Jay Z, Drake and Frank Ocean – and a special little one on its closing track. For the song "Blue," Beyoncé performs with daughter Blue Ivy.
"I see music," Beyoncé said in a video announcement on her Facebook page. "It's more than just what I hear. When I’m connected to something, I immediately see a visual or a series of images that are tied to a feeling or an emotion, a memory from my childhood, thoughts about life, my dreams or my fantasies. And they’re all connected to the music."

Some guys ask for your sign. Other guys use trite lines like, "If I could reinvent the alphabet, I'd put U and I together."
And then there's Brody Ryan.
After begging model Piper Kennedy for her number in Starbucks, "Singer/Song Writer/Designer/Photographer/Producer" (according to his Twitter, @sirBRODAG) Brody Ryan sent her the below awkward video where he's smiling and sort of massaging his face (to Drake's "Hold On, We're Going Home").
Kennedy sent it to friends who posted it on the Internet, and #StarbucksDrakeHands was born, with copycats (and actual cats) imitating his creepy, face-touching video. Scroll down for more randomness from this week:

The Game made headlines this week when he, along with Drake, donated $20,000 to Anna Angel, an Ohio woman who lost her five children and boyfriend in a horrific fire.
But the rapper from Compton, Calif., isn't stopping there. The Game, 33, whose real name is Jayceon Taylor, plans on channeling $1 million of his own money into the Robin Hood Project, with the goal of giving money to people around the world.
"It's a hand-to-hand project," he explains. "If I see someone who looks like they could use it and my heart tells me I should contribute to their struggles, I'll give them something. The direction comes from within."

Drake and The Game have unveiled a new collaboration – and it's all in the name of charity.
The rappers have teamed up to donate $20,000 to an Ohio woman whose entire family was killed in a house fire Sunday.
Tiffin resident Anna Angel, 30, lost her five children and her boyfriend when their trailer home was engulfed in flames while she was working a shift at Burger King.

So many Drakes, so little time.
Rosie O'Donnell got herself into a hilarious Twitter mix-up on Tuesday when she Tweeted her appreciation of actor Drake Bell – who is competing on the diving show, Splash.
"Drake is cute ... Nice muscles," she wrote.

Despite vehement denials from his friends as to the severity of Lil Wayne's condition after the Grammy winner suffered a seizure two weeks ago, the rapper confirms his condition was very serious.
"I'm an epileptic, so I'm prone to seizures," Wayne, 30, told Los Angeles radio station Power 106 on Thursday. "This isn't my first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh seizure. I've had a bunch of seizures. Y'all just never hear about it."
Wayne neither confirmed nor denied reports that he was in a medically induced coma, but did describe the experience as near-fatal.

When it comes to Sunday night's Grammy Awards, it's Frank Ocean's world and the rest of the nominees are just swimming in it.
With six nominations for his album Channel Orange total, the neo-soul sensation will go head-to-head with what are essentially four rock acts for album of the year.
But none of them rocked Channel Orange's artistic vision, with its intricately woven soundscapes and storytelling.
