From Las Vegas to Los Angeles, Robin Thicke is working hard to get Paula Patton back.
The singer, 37, will be performing his new song "Get Her Back" at The Voice finale Tuesday night, PEOPLE confirms exclusively.
While picking up a prize at the Billboard Music Awards over the weekend, Thicke thanked "my wife for her love and support and for putting up with me all these years" before seemingly dedicating his new track to Patton, whom he separated from in February after nine years of marriage.
"I never should have raised my voice or made you feel so small," he sang. "I should have kissed you longer, I should have held you stronger. I'll wait for forever for you to love me again."

Best new artist nominee Ed Sheeran isn't guaranteed to win Grammy gold this Sunday – but he's already got a golden heart.
The singer/songwriter adopted a 1-month-old kitten who was about to be put down this week, and has been spoiling him rotten ever since.
"Just bought Graham a bed and snacks," Sheeran Tweeted on Thursday, before setting Graham up with his very own personal Twitter account. He followed that up with even more A-List attention, writing, "Graham needs a lot of TLC, have a feeling his previous owners weren't that nice, he's shy too."

Few categories at this weekend's Grammy Awards are as simultaneously coveted and mocked as that of "Best New Artist," an honor that's gone both to such best-selling acts as Adele and The Beatles and such curious outliers as Milli Vanilli and The Starland Vocal Band. Every few years, the Grammy goes to a performer all but unknown to the majority of Americans (See: Esperanza Spalding, or – though not a "Best New Artist" pick – 2011 "Album of the Year" winner Arcade Fire.)
So, if you're planning to watch the Grammys this Sunday with any of your ... not-quite-hip relatives, here's a guide for introducing them to 2014's "Best New Artist" hopefuls:
