LeAnn Rimes Reaches Divorce Settlement

That was fast.
On the same day Deane Sheremet filed for divorce last week from LeAnn Rimes, they agreed to a confidential divorce settlement, Los Angeles court records show.
"The [settlement] shall not be filed in this proceeding due to the parties mutual desire to maintain their respective rights to privacy," the document reads. The settlement presumably divides their cash, property and other valuables.
Both Rimes, 27, and Sheremet, 29, will be legally single after their marital status officially ends on June 19, 2010.

Deane Sheremet Files for Divorce from LeAnn Rimes

Three months after announcing their separation, Deane Sheremet has filed for divorce from country star LeAnn Rimes, according to Los Angeles court papers.
Sheremet cites "irreconcilable differences" for the end of their nearly eight-year marriage, which crumbled as Rimes began a relationship with actor Eddie Cibrian, who also was married at the time to Brandi Glanville (Cibrian and Glanville are also divorcing.)
Sheremet, 29, is seeking spousal support from Rimes, 27, and wants her to pay the attorney fees, according to the papers, which were filed Thursday in Superior Court. The pair have no children.

• Eddie Cibrian, watching from the sidelines as LeAnn Rimes performed "White Christmas" at the annual tree lighting ceremony at the Nokia Plaza at L.A. Live. The couple arrived with two guy friends – who stood next to Cibrian as Rimes performed. After she finished singing, she joked that she wasn't going to be cooking a Christmas dinner because she "got into a fight with some cooking knives recently." But the couple did enjoy a meal at Katusya L.A. Live right after Rimes's performance. They dined on sashimi with jalapeño, sushi rolls and Kobe beef and drank sake and beer before ordering one of every dessert for a sweet ending to their meal. "They were very nice, cozy and had a wonderful time," says an onlooker.

Estranged Wife: Eddie Cibrian's Cutting Off My Cash

Brandi Glanville says she's unable to buy basic necessities like food and gas because her estranged husband Eddie Cibrian controls her credit card, Los Angeles court papers show.
Glanville, 36, a former model turned full-time mom, is also requesting at least $39,963 in monthly support from Cibrian, who filed for divorce after going public with his relationship with LeAnn Rimes.
Glaville cites $11,942 to cover her mortgage, $4,000 for eating out, $3,000 for clothes, $1,500 for child care, $750 for Pilates and another $750 for massages and facials, among other needs.

Problems? What problems?
Following a report earlier this week that Eddie Cibrian had been spending time with another woman – an allegation Cibrian has strenuously denied – the CSI: Miami hunk and his girlfriend, LeAnn Rimes, showed up at a nightclub Friday night after Rimes's concert in Las Vegas for a little fun, relaxation – and pole dancing.
Observers spotted the carefree-seeming couple in the VIP section of XS nightclub, where they talked, laughed and knocked back tequila drinks. Though they stayed at the venue inside the Encore Resort for only 20 minutes, there was time enough for a PDA.
"They were making out at the table and didn't really care who saw them," a source says. Rimes, 27, wearing an off-the-shoulder black dress, even danced on one of the club's stripper poles before leaving just after midnight, the source said.
Cibrian, 36, filed for divorce last August from his wife, Brandi Glanville, with whom he has two sons. Fans will recall that after murmurs of trouble in their marriage, the pair were caught by the cameras last spring as they stepped out for a night of togetherness – at a Las Vegas night club.

Who's that cute couple smiling so brightly for shutterbugs Monday night? LeAnn Rimes and boyfriend Eddie Cibrian, of course.
They'd just shared dinner at Katsuya, a restaurant in West Hollywood – an intimate ending to a long (and very public) weekend for Rimes, 27, and Cibrian, 36. Two days earlier, they were spotted in Dallas, cheering on the University of Texas Longhorns, who beat the Oklahoma Sooners, 16-13.

Brandi Glanville: Ex Eddie Cibrian and I 'Save Face for the Kids'

In the midst of her divorce from actor Eddie Cibrian, Brandi Glanville is taking the opportunity to speak out against her rival, country singer LeAnn Rimes.
At the TAO/LAVO anniversary party in Las Vegas Saturday night, Glanville, 36, acknowledged that she has had a neighborhood run-in with Cibrian's current girlfriend that was "not pleasant.”
Rimes, 27, and Cibrian, 36, took their romance public in August and have recently been staying at a house near the home Glanville used to share with Cibrian.
Still, the estranged couple – who are parents to sons Mason, 6, and Jake, 2 – "definitely save face for the kids – absolutely, they are the most important things in both our lives," Glanville said. In fact, Cibrian was watching the kids during Glanville's weekend in Sin City.

Although his relationship with LeAnn Rimes played out under a media glare, Eddie Cibrian's divorce from his wife Brandi Glanville promises to be less explosive. "Both sides are hoping to settle their divorce amicably," a Glanville source tells PEOPLE.
Los Angeles Superior Court records show that Glanville, citing irreconcilable differences, is seeking spousal support from the CSI: Miami star as well as physical custody of their sons Mason, 6, and Jake, 2, with visitation for Cibrian. The actor filed for divorce last month and is also seeking shared custody.

Eddie Cibrian Is 'Committed to Being a Devoted Father'

After filing for divorce from his wife, actor Eddie Cibrian – who is now romancing country star LeAnn Rimes – is asking for privacy and saying he remains committed to his young sons.
"From the outset I have made a conscious decision to try and keep this matter private and not discuss it in the press. While my wife and I are dissolving our marriage, we will work together to parent our two children," he says of sons Mason, 6, and Jake, 2. "I love my boys very much. I want only the best for them and am committed to being a devoted father."
The CSI: Miami actor's statement, issued Thursday, comes after Rimes and Cibrian went public with recent dates, including a game of golf and a Kings of Leon concert. Earlier this week Cibrian filed for divorce from former model Brandi Glanville, citing irreconcilable differences.
