Estranged Wife: Eddie Cibrian's Cutting Off My Cash

Brandi Glanville says she's unable to buy basic necessities like food and gas because her estranged husband Eddie Cibrian controls her credit card, Los Angeles court papers show.
Glanville, 36, a former model turned full-time mom, is also requesting at least $39,963 in monthly support from Cibrian, who filed for divorce after going public with his relationship with LeAnn Rimes.
Glaville cites $11,942 to cover her mortgage, $4,000 for eating out, $3,000 for clothes, $1,500 for child care, $750 for Pilates and another $750 for massages and facials, among other needs.

Following a report earlier this week that Eddie Cibrian had been spending time with another woman – an allegation Cibrian has strenuously denied – the CSI: Miami hunk and his girlfriend, LeAnn Rimes, showed up at a nightclub Friday night after Rimes's concert in Las Vegas for a little fun, relaxation – and pole dancing.
Observers spotted the carefree-seeming couple in the VIP section of XS nightclub, where they talked, laughed and knocked back tequila drinks. Though they stayed at the venue inside the Encore Resort for only 20 minutes, there was time enough for a PDA.
"They were making out at the table and didn't really care who saw them," a source says. Rimes, 27, wearing an off-the-shoulder black dress, even danced on one of the club's stripper poles before leaving just after midnight, the source said.
Cibrian, 36, filed for divorce last August from his wife, Brandi Glanville, with whom he has two sons. Fans will recall that after murmurs of trouble in their marriage, the pair were caught by the cameras last spring as they stepped out for a night of togetherness – at a Las Vegas night club.

Who's that cute couple smiling so brightly for shutterbugs Monday night? LeAnn Rimes and boyfriend Eddie Cibrian, of course.
They'd just shared dinner at Katsuya, a restaurant in West Hollywood – an intimate ending to a long (and very public) weekend for Rimes, 27, and Cibrian, 36. Two days earlier, they were spotted in Dallas, cheering on the University of Texas Longhorns, who beat the Oklahoma Sooners, 16-13.

Brandi Glanville: Ex Eddie Cibrian and I 'Save Face for the Kids'

In the midst of her divorce from actor Eddie Cibrian, Brandi Glanville is taking the opportunity to speak out against her rival, country singer LeAnn Rimes.
At the TAO/LAVO anniversary party in Las Vegas Saturday night, Glanville, 36, acknowledged that she has had a neighborhood run-in with Cibrian's current girlfriend that was "not pleasant.”
Rimes, 27, and Cibrian, 36, took their romance public in August and have recently been staying at a house near the home Glanville used to share with Cibrian.
Still, the estranged couple – who are parents to sons Mason, 6, and Jake, 2 – "definitely save face for the kids – absolutely, they are the most important things in both our lives," Glanville said. In fact, Cibrian was watching the kids during Glanville's weekend in Sin City.

Although his relationship with LeAnn Rimes played out under a media glare, Eddie Cibrian's divorce from his wife Brandi Glanville promises to be less explosive. "Both sides are hoping to settle their divorce amicably," a Glanville source tells PEOPLE.
Los Angeles Superior Court records show that Glanville, citing irreconcilable differences, is seeking spousal support from the CSI: Miami star as well as physical custody of their sons Mason, 6, and Jake, 2, with visitation for Cibrian. The actor filed for divorce last month and is also seeking shared custody.

Eddie Cibrian Is 'Committed to Being a Devoted Father'

After filing for divorce from his wife, actor Eddie Cibrian – who is now romancing country star LeAnn Rimes – is asking for privacy and saying he remains committed to his young sons.
"From the outset I have made a conscious decision to try and keep this matter private and not discuss it in the press. While my wife and I are dissolving our marriage, we will work together to parent our two children," he says of sons Mason, 6, and Jake, 2. "I love my boys very much. I want only the best for them and am committed to being a devoted father."
The CSI: Miami actor's statement, issued Thursday, comes after Rimes and Cibrian went public with recent dates, including a game of golf and a Kings of Leon concert. Earlier this week Cibrian filed for divorce from former model Brandi Glanville, citing irreconcilable differences.

Eddie Cibrian Files for Divorce

The recently troubled marriage of LeAnn Rimes's squeeze, Eddie Cibrian, and his wife of eight years, Brandi Glanville, is finished.
Having already gone public with his relationship with Rimes – and his wife's going public with her negative reaction to that – the CSI: Miami star "filed yesterday, and I accepted it," Glanville told E! News Tuesday. "We're getting a divorce. We talked to each other yesterday."
Court papers confirm that Cibrian, 36, filed for divorce on Aug. 24. In his filing, Cibrian cites irreconcilable differences and is seeking shared custody of their two sons: Mason, 6, and Jake, 2. He's also requested spousal support from Glanville, and cited March 15 as the day they separated.
Cibrian's manager, however, tells PEOPLE that the spousal support request was a clerical error, and the divorce petition is being amended. There's no indication the estranged couple had a prenuptial agreement. Cibrian's attorney declined comment.

Eddie Cibrian's Wife Sensed Attraction Between Husband & LeAnn Rimes

Long before Eddie Cibrian and LeAnn Rimes took their relationship public last week, Cibrian's wife Brandi Glanville had an inkling that her husband was attracted to the singer.
Recalling when she and Cibrian went on double dates with Rimes and husband Dean Sheremet in Canada during the filming of Lifetime's Northern Lights, Glanville says she noticed a little flirting between the costars.
"We went to play pool, went for sushi, dancing," Glanville tells PEOPLE, adding that although she's used to woman fawning over her husband, "it was different this time. It was a little more reciprocated."
At the same time, Glanville noticed how affectionate Rimes, 27, was with Sheremet, 28. "They were very touchy-feely," she says. "They seemed happy. [But] I felt like it was almost like 'I love my husband. I'm not after your husband.'"

It's official: LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian are no longer hiding their relationship. On Saturday night, the couple stepped out to the Kings of Leon concert in Los Angeles, just two days after they hit the links – and openly flirted with each other – at Valencia Country Club.
The couple's decision to go public prompted Cibrian's estranged wife Brandi Glanville to tell PEOPLE: "He's just somebody I don't know." In March, she had stood by her husband of eight years after allegations surfaced that Cibrian, 36, and Rimes, 26, were having affair.
"I don't understand," she says now. "You think you know one thing and you wake up and it's all been a lie."

LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian Take Their Love to the Links

Fore! Look out, because after having several secret and low-key rendezvous, LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian emerged for a very public golf date Thursday.
It's a weekly tradition for Rimes to hit the links, and around 1 p.m. she arrived at the Valencia Country Club – shortly after her surprise partner for the afternoon.
"Eddie arrived at the private country club in his Porsche a few minutes before LeAnn," says an eyewitness. "LeAnn was beaming when she saw Eddie and the two gave each other a quick hug. Eddie was sweet and went to buy water and energy drinks from the golf store."
Good move, too: The two spent almost three hours on the golf course in 90-degree heat. "LeAnn was sans makeup and looked very happy and carefree. Between holes, LeAnn leaned back, put her feet up and sipped her energy drink while Eddie drove her around on a golf cart," adds the source. "They weren't super affectionate, and instead more flirty in a fun and loving way."
