Guitar virtuoso Eddie Van Halen is no longer a solo: Saturday night he married Janie Liszewski, his girlfriend of three years.
The ceremony took place in the garden of his seven-acre estate in the hills above Studio City, Calif., starting at 7 p.m., when Liszewski walked down the aisle to Van Halen's "When It's Love," performed by the Sonus Quartet.
The 54-year-old groom's 18-year-old son, Wolfgang, served as best man, while brother Alex Van Halen, an ordained minister, officiated at the 20-minute, nondenominational service. Among the 100 guests: Van Halen's ex-wife, Valerie Bertinelli (they divorced in 2006, after 25 years of marriage.)

Eddie Van Halen Is Engaged

Eddie Van Halen is engaged to his girlfriend/publicist Janie Liszewski, PEOPLE has learned.
Van Halen, 53, proposed to Liszewski, 38, on Aug. 4 while they were vacationing in Hawaii. The rock guitarist dropped to one knee and popped the question in a private room at Tiffany's, a source close to the couple tells PEOPLE.
The couple plan to wed next June.
"They are happy, healthy, very much in love and looking forward to living life together forever," says the source. "They are devoted to each other and to experiencing life in a whole new, positive and passionate way."

Eddie Van Halen Returns to the Concert Stage

Six weeks after postponing a slate of shows while guitarist Eddie Van Halen underwent medical tests, the reunited rock band Van Halen performed in Reno, Nev., Thursday night.
"Better late that never!" singer David Lee Roth proclaimed from the stage.
Eddie Van Halen – who battled tongue cancer in 2002 and went to rehab last year – looked healthy as he jumped up and down and ran around the stage throughout the entire show.

Eddie Van Halen is just fine, thank you very much, says his son, Wolfgang.
"Don't listen to the rumors – he's doing great – seriously!" Wolfgang, 17, told PEOPLE at Nickolodeon's 2008 Kid's Choice Awards Saturday.
Red flags went up over the 53-year-old guitarist's health when his band, Van Halen, suspended its North American tour of sold-out venues and announced that he was "undergoing a battery of comprehensive medical tests."
New tour dates were posted on the band's Web site but there was no update on the Eddie's health.

Van Halen Reschedules Concerts

Van Halen plans to go back on the road next month, rescheduling concerts postponed due to guitarist Eddie Van Halen's mystery illness.
The new tour dates were announced on the rock band's Web site, with no update given on Eddie's health.
Van Halen suspended its North American reunion tour of sold-out venues earlier this month after announcing the 53-year-old musician was "undergoing a battery of comprehensive medical tests."

Valerie Bertinelli: Eddie Is Not in Rehab

Valerie Bertinelli denied that ex-husband Eddie Van Halen is in a rehabilitation facility, but declined to reveal his mystery ailment.
"The reports about him being in rehab are wrong. Eddie is sober," Bertinelli said at a luncheon hosted by the Hallmark Channel in New York on Wednesday. "He's being proactive about his illness."

Valerie Bertinelli: Eddie's Health Issues Are Nobody's Business

She may have written a tell-all book, but Valeire Bertinelli was suddenly very tight-lipped Wednesday night when asked about ex-husband Eddie Van Halen's mystery illness.
"I really don't think it's anybody's business," the Jenny Craig spokeswoman, 47, told PEOPLE at a Cincinnati book-signing for her new memoir, Losing It: And Gaining My Life Back One Pound at a Time. "He's being proactive and that's good."
The 53-year-old Van Halen guitarist "is undergoing a battery of comprehensive medical tests," the band announced on its Web site Monday. (The rocker, who has a long history of drug and alcohol abuse, previously battled cancer. In 2002, he announced he'd beaten the disease.) As a result of the star's undisclosed illness, they cancelled four concerts, including one slated for Wednesday in Cincinnati.
In fact, Bertinelli said she's just as disappointed as other Van Halen fans. "We scheduled the signing early so we could make the concert in time," she said. (Her teenage son, Wolfie, is touring with dad as the band's bassist.)

undergoes medical treatment, the band announced Monday.
"The Van Halen concerts in Dallas, Cincinnati, Raleigh, and Baltimore have
been postponed," says a new message on the band's Web site. "According to
Eddie Van Halen's physician, he is undergoing a battery of comprehensive
medical tests to determine a defined diagnosis and recommended medical
procedures."

The divorce between Valerie Bertinelli and guitarist Eddie Van Halen
has been finalized, court records in Los Angeles show.
Bertinelli, 47, and Van Halen, 52, had been married for 25 years.
"The parties have resolved all their issues amicably in mediation," say the
documents, released on Friday. "Neither spouse shall take unfair advantage of the other
spouse."
