No worries, says Elisabeth Hasselbeck – who took a brief moment during Wednesday's The View to comment on the copyright infringement charge against her by a Massachusetts author.
"I just want to assure you the allegations are without merit and are being handled appropriately," said Hasselbeck, 32, who has spoken openly about her self-diagnosed celiac disease, an autoimmune disorder linked to gluten proteins in wheat, barley and rye.
Hasselbeck's book, The G Free Diet-A Gluten-Free Survival Guide, was published in May 2009 by Center Street Hachette Book Group. Crying foul, and seeking $3 million, is Susan Hassett, who claims that in 2008 she had sent Hasselbeck a copy of her own book – the self-published Living with Celiac Disease – along with a homemade cooking video, a newspaper story about celiac disease, her business card and a personal note.

The third time may be a charm, but for Elisabeth Hasselbeck being pregnant with baby No. 3 is a whole different experience than her first pregnancy.
Hasselbeck, who is due to give birth to her third child with husband Tim in August, says that while she cares for daughter Grace, 4, and son Taylor Thomas, 1, she's not focused on her baby bump.
"I'm definitely not paying attention to my pregnancy," Hasselbeck confessed to PEOPLE at the Lilly Pulitzer launch of A Color Cause Thursday in New York City to benefit children with Epidermolysis Bullosa, a rare skin disease. "That won't be true for the child [when it arrives]. But now, when you have two kids running around you're not the pregnant person you were before."
Unlike her first pregnancy, The View co-host, 31, says people aren't quick to be at her beck and call now.

Elisabeth Hasselbeck had a run-in with a bike – and she survived to Tweet about it.
"All of a sudden I was walking," the pregnant View co-host said on Wednesday's show. "I turn around to just try and get a cab, and I get hit by a bike."
Smiling, Hasselbeck, 31, reassured her co-hosts that she was unharmed by her collision with the "delivery bike," and even joked about everything, saying, "this is the age we're in. I text my husband 'got hit by a bike' and then tweeted 'got hit by a bike' just in case somebody found me passed out somewhere. And apparently somebody got their pizza or burger on time, because that guy was in a rush."

A gluten-free diet won't stop Elisabeth Hasselbeck from learning the family recipes.
"My grandmother was giving me her meatball-and-sauce recipe," The View co-host, 31, says in an upcoming issue of Every Day with Rachael Ray. "When she got to the part about adding breadcrumbs, she looked up at me and said, 'Elisabeth, you can add whatever you want here.' I thought, if my Italian grandmother can understand being G-free, anyone can."
It's been a struggle for Hasselbeck to live gluten-free since she was diagnosed with celiac disease seven years ago.

They may duke it out over hot topics every morning, but the ladies of The View are like a family – and they're all excited for the newest member of the clan to arrive.
"We're having another baby soon!" Joy Behar, 66, told PEOPLE Wednesday at Woman's Day magazine's 6th Annual Red Dress Awards, referring to co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck expecting her third child.
"It's like a family thing," added Behar, who hosted the event, which benefits the Larry King Cardiac foundation. "I've been there for 12 years and all the kids come up to the show. I'm like a grandma."

Elisabeth Hasselbeck is expecting her third child. In fact, she says she was knocked up without even realizing it!
"I'm pregnant again!” she announced Thursday morning on The View. "I'm due in August. I'll try to pop this one out before we leave [on summer hiatus], Barbara."
The 31-year-old and her husband, Tim, 30, are already the proud parents of 3-year-old daughter Grace, and son Taylor Thomas, who just celebrated his first birthday Nov. 9.

The women of The View wore their hearts on their sleeves Wednesday.
"Last night history was made when Barack Obama was voted 44th President of the United States," said host Whoopi Goldberg, leading into the separate reactions from each of the ABC's show's panelists as emotions built and even spilled over.
Goldberg also made the frank admission that her mother's reaction when Whoopi asked if she ever thought she'd live to see an African-American president not only was surprising but threw Whoopi off balance for the rest of the night.
"No," said Goldberg's mother. "I never thought this day would come in my lifetime."

Although Elisabeth Hasselbeck's Republican leanings have been clearly on display during the election season, The View co-host is denying that she's preparing to leave the chatfest for a position at Fox News Channel.
"While Elisabeth [Hasselbeck] has a great relationship with Fox News, there is absolutely no truth to the rumor that she is leaving The View," her agent, Babette Perry, says in a statement released Thursday afternoon. "Elisabeth is passionate in her beliefs and enjoys being a part of this dynamic group of women and engaging in daily conversations."
Karl Nilsson, Executive Publicity Director for The View, adds: "Barbara Walters and Bill Geddie, executive producers of The View, consider Elisabeth to be vital to the program."

The View co-host and well-known Republican enthusiast Elisabeth Hasselbeck spent the day wowing delegates at the Republican National Convention Thursday.
Hasselbeck, 31, served as the official emcee at a luncheon for Cindy McCain just hours before John McCain's big speech. Hasselbeck also showed off vintage-style "McCain '08" T-shirts she designed herself, and spent time on the floor of the convention taping a segment that will air on Monday, Sept. 8, on The View.

Meet the season 12 cast of The View.
Look familiar? Well, that's because it is.
Barbara Walters, Whoopi Goldberg, Sherri Shepherd, Elisabeth Hasselbeck and Joy Behar will all be back to co-host the ABC daytime show when it returns Sept. 2 after a summer hiatus. But, for the first time, the five ladies have been photographed together. (Remember, Shepherd was a late addition to season 11 – and was never part of any of the show's early photos.)
The photo shoot took place in New York – and the cohosts had plenty to do in between frames. The women danced to Tina Turner's hit "Proud Mary" and Janet Jackson tunes. (Shepherd is a huge Janet fan.)
Between takes Behar also worked on solving a New York Times crossword puzzle, while Shepherd caught up on e-mail and Goldberg practiced the music and script for her role in Xanadu on Broadway.
