Elizabeth Hurley has gone country.

Inspired by her life with husband Arun Nayar and son Damian, 6, on their bio-dynamic farm in the English countryside, the actress-model, 43, tells PEOPLE, she is "developing a line of products … with a view that they're not only going to be healthy, because they're organic, but I'm obsessed that women find alternatives to eat which are low in fat."

Hurley, a dedicated supporter of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, spoke to PEOPLE in New York Thursday before flipping a switch to light up Bloomingdale's in pink for the month of October – to raise awareness for breast cancer.

She says her organic farm produces low-fat products, which may help reduce the risk of breast cancer.

Elizabeth Hurley says that if she and ex-boyfriend Hugh Grant had stayed together, she might have a bundle of children by now.

"Sometimes Hugh and I can get morbid and say we could have had five children by now because we were together since we were 21," Hurley tells Harper’s Bazaar in its July issue. "There was never a time when either of us wanted it."

Though Hurley, 43, and Grant, 47, broke up in 2000 after dating for 13 years, the two have remained very close friends and present in each other's lives. Grant is the godfather to Hurley's 6-year-old son Damian (with Hollywood producer Steve Bing).

WEEK IN REVIEW: Bing Is Hurley's Guy

Originally posted 06/21/2002 01:00PM

DA-DA BING: DNA tests disclosed Wednesday morning in London have proved that Hollywood producer and real-estate scion Steve Bing, 37, is the father of Elizabeth Hurley's baby son, Damian, according to Bing's spokeswoman, Sue Stapely, and reported by the Associated Press. "Recently conducted tests have shown that Steve Bing is the biological father of Elizabeth Hurley's son, Damian Charles Hurley," Stapely said in a statement. The results of the medical tests were revealed at a hearing in the Family Division of the High Court in London, ending months of speculation and accusations on both sides of the Atlantic as to who might have fathered the boy, who was born April 4.
