The reality stars held court at Elton John's AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party hosted by Patron spirits in West Hollywood Park, along with Heidi Klum, Neil Patrick Harris, Lady Gaga and Donatella Versace.
The Kardashian ladies all wore shades of red and black, but Kim's rouge gown stood out for its bright hue and plunging neckline.
"I wanted something red," she told PEOPLE of her fashion choice. "I was in a red mood."

It's not every 78-year-old who releases a new album for Valentine's Day – or has his friends Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood backing him up.
But, where showbiz is concerned, Steve Lawrence isn't just any 78-year-old.
"To my knowledge, it's over 50-something, and my first in 10 years, at least," the familiar voice, calculating the number of albums he's released since his first in 1953, tells PEOPLE from the home in Las Vegas he and his late wife Eydie Gorme shared since 1980.
Titled When You Come Back to Me Again, after the Garth Brooks song on the lead track, the new album contains 10 songs and, according to Lawrence, has him "surrounded with a new sound."
Not that the listener should expect One Direction. "I can't compete with the kids," Lawrence admits, "but they can't compete with me."

Late into the 65th annual Emmys ceremony Sunday on CBS, host Neil Patrick Harris announced: "No one in America is winning their Emmy office pool."
If you did happen to win, you should consider a career in statistical forecasting. The awards were all over the place.
Of the night's many surprises, the biggest was in the category of best actor. Academy voters for once decided not to give the prize to Breaking Bad's Bryan Cranston – but instead of rewarding Mad Men's Jon Hamm, the perennial also-ran, they chose Jeff Daniels of HBO's The Newsroom. Perhaps they concluded that Hamm is already lousy with nominations, and handsome as the devil, and that should hold him. Daniels is a fine actor, as you'll discover if you catch just about any of his many performances of the past three decades, but The Newsroom's first season was a pounding surf of angry, righteous yammering. Oh well.
Here's what else the Emmys got right and wrong:

A slew of artists rocked Sin City for the iHeartRadio Musical Festival, the star-studded bonanza held Sept. 20-21 that pulled together an eclectic mix of top hitmakers and their celebs admirers.
In what essentially amounted to a mega musical mashup, a bevy of chart-topping mainstays, including Elton John, Chris Brown, Robin Thicke, Katy Perry and fun., hit the stage at the MGM Grand – that is, when they weren't schmoozing with one another in between sets.
The shindig also featured Miley Cyrus's first performance since calling off her engagement to Liam Hemsworth.

The Rocket Man needs to take a little time off to refuel.
Sir Elton John, 66, has been diagnosed with an appendix abscess that requires surgery, his spokesman confirms to PEOPLE.
The affliction has forced him to postpone all upcoming shows on his European tour, including a concert Friday in London's Hyde Park alongside Elvis Costello and Ray Davies.
"Elton is incredibly disappointed to postpone these tour dates," says his rep. "To know that he made such super-human efforts and continued to perform to thousands through his illness only confirms his dedication to his European fans. He is eager to be back on top form and return to play the remaining shows starting in early September 2013."
