Emma Bunton's Search for Lost Dog Comes to 'Terrible' End

It was a sad day for Emma Bunton, whose search for her lost dog has come to a dismal end.
Without delving into details, she took to Twitter to thank those who reached out when she announced earlier this week that her and fiancé Jade Jones' chocolate Labrador Phoebe went missing on a daily walk.
"To all the amazing people who supported us at this horrible time, our precious Phoebe has been found and it's terrible news," the Spice Girl, 37, Tweeted Wednesday. "We are devastated."

Emma Bunton's dog is missing – and she needs more than just Girl Power to get her back.
"My gorgeous brown Labrador went missing on daily walk," the Spice Girl Tweeted on Monday. "She will be so scared please look out around East Barnet, Hadley Wood, Trent Park [areas of London]."
The pooch, named Phoebe, is micro-chipped and described by Bunton as "gentle."
The dog's disappearance has left the singer "in bits," she Tweeted later. "Thank you for all your reassuring messages! Please keep looking."

After 16 days of awe-inspiring athletics, the Closing Ceremony seemed more like a music festival than a farewell.

Spice Girls to Close Out London Olympics

The Olympics are about to get extra Sporty.
As the London Games come to a close after two weeks of gold-medal triumphs and crushing disappointments, the Spice Girls are set to perform at the Sunday finale.
"If the opening ceremony was the wedding, then we're the wedding reception," music director David Arnold tells the Daily Telegraph.
Also expected to perform in the show, which will include British hits from the past five decades: The Who, George Michael, Muse, the Pet Shop Boys and Annie Lennox.

Talk about girl power!
The Spice Girls – that's Victoria Beckham (Posh), Melanie Brown (Scary), Emma Bunton (Baby), Melanie Chisholm (Sporty) and Geri Halliwell (Ginger) – reunited in London on Tuesday to announce a new jukebox musical, called Viva Forever!, which will feature the group's songs.
At the helm of Viva Forever!, which is scheduled to open on Dec. 11 at London's Piccadilly Theatre, are Jennifer Saunders (Absolutely Fabulous) and Judy Craymer, producer of the musical smash Mamma Mia!.

Baby Spice had another baby!
Emma Bunton gave birth to her second child, son Tate, on Friday, who weighed in at 7 lbs. "Both mother and baby are doing well," her rep says in a statement, "and the family are over the moon and would like to thank everyone for their kind wishes and support."
Bunton also expressed her joy – via Twitter.

After 11 years together, former Spice Girl Emma Bunton and boyfriend Jade Jones are getting married.
"Yahooooo I'm Engaged!" Bunton Tweeted along with a photo showing her ring. "Love you Jade! I'm a very happy lady!!"
Bunton, 35, announced last fall she was expecting her second child with Jones, 31 – a former boy band singer who is now a chef – in May. The couple also have a 3½-year-old son named Beau. – Mike Fleeman
