Andrew Garfield Gets Some Lip Service from Emma Stone

A fan of Fresh skincare, Emma Stone recently brought beau Andrew Garfield into an N.Y.C. location to try the beauty line's Sugar Lip Treatment to help with his chapped lips.
"They were holding hands and were very affectionate," an onlooker tells PEOPLE. "They were very nice to the sales team. Emma was enthusiastic, bubbly and excited to help with Andrew's dry lips."
Stone's pitch must have been convincing, because the pair purchased the treatment with SPF 15 before they walked out of the store.

Emma Stone certainly isn't afraid of spiders, as she demonstrates in a steamy scene with everyone's favorite Webhead, in a new trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man released Thursday.
The spot features a buff, shirtless Andrew Garfield as Spidey going in for some face time with a blonde Stone as she tends to his wounds with a towel.
Though it mainly plays up the action scenes in the film, with Garfield's Peter Parker battling bad guys as he searches for the truth about his parents, the trailer also offers (in a blink-and-you'll miss it moment) a tease of a liplock between the real-life couple.

In last year's Crazy Stupid Love, Emma Stone's character prepped for a kissing scene with Ryan Gosling with the memorable line, "It's like you're Photoshopped!"
So how did making out with Gosling, 31, measure up to Stone's love scenes with Andrew Garfield, 28, her real-life boyfriend and costar in the upcoming The Amazing Spider-Man?
"Apples and oranges, you know," Stone, 23, coyly told Ellen DeGeneres on Wednesday's The Ellen DeGeneres Show, when asked which one was the better kisser.

Here's one casting decision that might be best left to Mr. Christian Grey himself.
Anastasia Steele, the heroine in Fifty Shades of Grey (a.k.a. the hottest book around) is the object of Christian Grey's affection ... and obsession. Now that the book will be made into a movie, the task of finding just the right actress to play her should be an interesting one.
Ana describes herself in the first book of the steamy trilogy as "a pale, brown-haired girl with blue eyes too big for her face." She's clumsy and awkward but very beautiful – though she clearly doesn't see that herself. Of course, Christian does, and he's not shy about complimenting her "beautiful skin, pale and flawless." Not to mention her slim figure, which he's not shy about appreciating.

PEOPLE Review: Oscars Like Old Times – for Good and Bad

Considering that last year's Oscars were so thumpingly bad – co-host James Franco behaved as if he'd been taken out of the freezer, left on the counter and unevenly thawed – last night's broadcast was a welcome relief.
The strength of the show ultimately rests on the heat of the biggest contests – I doubt Americans were on the edge of their seats wondering whether the cosmically inscrutable Tree of Life could score an upset over the French silent The Artist – but the production looked great and flowed well.
Billy Crystal was hosting for his ninth time, brought on after Eddie Murphy dropped out in November, and it felt no different from his seventh, eighth or (if one were to project) fifty-seventh time.

Looks like they're having a sweet holiday season! Emma Stone and beau Andrew Garfield got affectionate with each other while shopping at Eleni's in New York's Chelsea Market. The Amazing Spider-Man stars purchased the Chilly Chocolate Chip tin – which includes chocolate chip cookies as well as sugar cookies cut into snowflakes and snowmen. And an onlooker tells us, "She was rubbing his back while ordering." The new couple, who entered the store holding hands, kept up the "cute couply stuff" during their visit.

The Amazing Spider-Man costars – and rumored real-life couple – Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield sure seemed cozy during an early evening movie and coffee outing in L.A. The duo stopped by L.A.'s Laemmle Sunset 5 Theater, where they caught the documentary Being Elmo: A Puppeteer's Journey. The two were also spotted at a Starbucks, just downstairs from the theater. Stone ordered a regular coffee, and the two cuddled a bit while they waited in line, an onlooker tells us, noting that Garfield had his hands partially around Stone's waist. Emma Stone went virtually unnoticed after sneaking onto the patio of West Hollywood's Chateau Marmont, where she joined a group of five unidentified friends at a table outside. But Stone was definitely in high spirits, laughing and swapping stories over a glass of wine. The conversation kept up for hours – with Stone occasionally getting up to greet (and hug) other pals elsewhere on the patio – before she retrieved her car from the valet just before midnight. – Jennifer Garcia

Specifically, the actress had a steak lunch – solo – at Relais de l'Entrecôte. Meanwhile, her costar Jessica Chastain was window-shopping at boutiques around the Place Vendôme.
