Rebecca Gayheart and her husband Eric Dane have welcomed their second child, a girl they've named Georgia Geraldine, the actress's rep tells PEOPLE.
Gayheart, 40, and Grey's Anatomy star Dane, 39, are already parents to daughter Billie Beatrice, who was born in March 2010.
"Rebecca Gayheart and husband Eric Dane welcomed Georgia Geraldine Dane on Dec. 28, just in time for the New Year!" the rep says. "Both mom and baby girl are happy and healthy, Billie is thrilled to be a big sister, and dad is getting ready to live in a house full of ladies!"

Residents of Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart's L.A. neighborhood were shaken up by a loud crash during this week's destructive Santa Ana winds.
It turns out a 100-foot Eucalyptus tree snapped near its roots Wednesday night and landed on a car right in front of the expectant celebrity couple's home.
"These winds that came were unbelievable," neighbor Susan Smith told KTLA. "Everything else can be fixed, and [Eric and Rebecca] are okay."

Eric Dane Checks Into Rehab

Grey's Anatomy star Eric Dane recently entered a rehab clinic in Los Angeles to battle an addiction to painkillers.
"Actor Eric Dane voluntarily checked himself into a treatment facility to help him get off of pain medication that he was prescribed for a sports injury that he suffered over the recent hiatus. He reports back to work this week. Business as usual," his rep says in a statement.
The news comes just a few weeks after PEOPLE confirmed that Dane, 38, and his wife Rebecca Gayheart, 39, are expecting their second child. Daughter Billie is 16 months old.

Eric Dane has said that he became 100 times more attracted to his wife Rebecca Gayheart when she became a mother for the first time.
Looks like that number may be going up: The couple is expecting their second child, a source confirms to PEOPLE.
The new arrival will join the couple's daughter Billie Beatrice, 16 months, whom Gayheart, 39, and the Grey's Anatomy star, 38, welcomed last year.

Father Day's is important for any doting dad with a little one, but it's extra special for certain hunks celebrating their very first Daddy's Day. Ah, cue the camera – we wouldn't want to miss any photo opportunities with these guys:
The newest dad is Jason Hoppy. Hubby of reality star Bethenny Frankel welcomed baby Bryn home to his N.Y.C. pad last month. Also recently new to diaper duty, R&B singer Robin Thicke, who says he hopes April baby Julian Fuego will be his music mini-me.
Eric Dane – Grey's Anatomy's "McSteamy" – and wife Rebecca Gayheart had baby girl Billie Beatrice in March. While Mr. Kendra Wilkinson, football star Hank Baskett already has his son, 6-month-old Hank Baskett IV, in his cheering section.

Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart spent a bit of private time getting to know their newborn daughter before revealing the little one's name.
Now they tell PEOPLE exclusively their bundle of joy is Billie Beatrice.
The Grey's Anatomy star, 37, and Gayheart, 38, welcomed their daughter earlier this month.
Dane previously said his wife wanted to "wait to see [the baby]" before picking a name. "You want to make sure that the name sticks."

Eric Dane and wife Rebecca Gayheart are new parents to a baby girl.
The couple’s daughter arrived on Wednesday in Los Angeles, rep Nanci Ryder tells the Associated Press. “Mother, father and daughter are doing great,” said Ryder.
A name has not yet been released, but the Grey's Anatomy star, 37, had previously said Gayheart, 38, wanted to meet the baby before making a final decision.

Eric Dane will get a real-life taste of the demands of his Grey's Anatomy character when, in about three weeks, he’s in the delivery room for the birth of his first daughter.
"I'll be in the room. I'm going to stay close to my wife and make sure that she is all right," Dane tells Ellen DeGeneres on her show, The Ellen DeGeneres Show set to air Monday. "I'm really excited. I'm also very interested."
The Valentine's Day star and wife Rebecca Gayheart have a name in mind, he says, but "Rebecca wants to wait until she sees her before we give her the name."
When DeGeneres asks whether the couple was continuing the celebrity trend of "weird names," Dane replies, "we went straight down the middle with this one."
Two names Dane's baby definitely will not have? Jane Dane or Great Dane – both jokingly suggested by DeGeneres.
