Eva Longoria: 'I Didn't Know I Was Depressed' After Divorce

When she and Tony Parker divorced in 2011, Eva Longoria admitted that facing life as a single woman again was "very hard." But even she didn't know how much the breakup affected her.
"I didn't know I was depressed," the actress tells Dr. Oz on his talk show in an interview airing Friday. "I mean, I knew it was a sad moment in my life, but I wouldn't categorize myself as depressed. I'm not that, I'm an optimist about life. Life didn't work, moving on. I'm fine."
Meanwhile, the people around Longoria, 38, were telling her how well she looked. "That's probably the time I got the most compliments because I was so skinny. I was not eating. I was depressed. I was sad. My diet was coffee. So people kept saying, 'You look amazing. Divorce agrees with you,' " she says. "And I was like, I don't feel good. I have no energy."

Eva Longoria already knows what she'll be doing on Valentine's Day.
The actress visited the new restaurant and nightclub, She by Morton's, in Las Vegas – in which she is a part owner – on Saturday night, and revealed what's on her agenda for the heartfelt holiday.
"Eva said she would be spending Valentine's Day with her girlfriends – like she always does," a source tells PEOPLE. But that's not the only thing on her agenda. The former Desperate Housewives star also said she's also made plans for her March birthday.

The former Desperate Housewives star, 37, and New York Jets quarterback, Mark Sanchez, 25, have ended their brief relationship, a source confirms to PEOPLE.
"Eva and Mark split amicably and remain friends," the insider tells PEOPLE of the pair, who were spotted frequently together over the summer. "There is no drama."
