Twenty years ago this week, Disney released the "family" comedy My Father the Hero. With it's bizarre father-daughter plot dynamics and a certain '90s flair, the film is now a cult classic and, by appearances, a fashion inspiration to Miley Cyrus.

"I've always giggled like a 13-year-old girl at a Justin Bieber meet and greet. There's nothing I can do about it but I've never not been able to stop ... the first thing my building super said to me was, 'What's wrong with your laugh?' "
CNN anchor Anderson Cooper jokes about the viral response to his on-air giggle fit as he reported Gérard Depardieu's inflight incident, to Entertainment Weekly

While it may have been a laughing matter to Anderson Cooper, Gérard Depardieu was humiliated by his public urination aboard a European flight this week and has apologized, says a friend.
In a statement on Depardieu's behalf to the French press, the actor's traveling companion on that fateful flight, actor Edouard Baer, said: "Gerard was upset at this and offered to clean up the mess. He has prostate problems and it was very worrying and humiliating for him."
The statement, as reported by the BBC, also goes on to quote Baer as saying: "He was also stone-cold sober at the time. This is not the way he usually behaves."

Turns out Anderson Cooper couldn't hold it, either.
While reporting on Gérard Depardieu's public urination on a plane, the CNN anchor lost a bit of control himself on his show Wednesday night – practically collapsing in a fit of giggles while lobbing pun after pun at the French actor's expense.
What tickled Cooper in particular was the joke that at least Gerard went No. 1 and not "Depard-2."

Oh, mon dieu.
Legendary French actor Gérard Depardieu caused quite a scene on an airplane Tuesday night by urinating in the cabin in front of his fellow passengers after the crew told him he had to wait to use the toilet, according to multiple reports.
The Golden Globe winner, 62, was on a CityJet flight from Paris to Dublin that was delayed on the tarmac when he asked to use the bathroom. After being told he had to wait until takeoff, he reportedly relieved himself in the aisle.
