What a wild ride we had this week on Ready for Love! We saw romantic highs, emotional lows and a jealous ex-girlfriend pull a power move. We got a triple dose of love this week as Tim, Ernesto and Ben continued their journeys of finding The One.
There were a few relationships starting to blossom and it reminded me of the early stages of my relationship with Giuliana. Everything's new, exciting – and would you believe Giuliana made the first move? Okay, okay, that's not entirely true. Giuliana is literally looking over my shoulder right now and giving me her famous "you wish, Rancic!" look. That's the one thing about working with your wife – You can't get away with anything! But she's keeping me honest and I love her for it. Let's talk about how the guys are doing on their quests for love.

Welcome back to my blog about Ready to Love, the show that is becoming everyone's guilty pleasure! Gwyneth Paltrow and Rachael Ray loved it and couldn't stop talking about the first episode on Rachel's show. And they are not alone. The buzz is off the charts. Last week we saw Tim making connections with a couple of women. This week, America watched as Ernesto and Ben took the hot seat.
If there is anyone I could compare Ernesto to, it'd be the Dos Equis guy. He's got that "most interesting man in the world" appeal about him that leaves one simultaneously mystified and fascinated. I got to know him and can say that Ernesto is a true gentleman with a heart of gold. I know he became invested in this process once he heard professional matchmakers would be involved. Ernesto says he's never been in love – and I think this experience is about to change his life.

When Giuliana and I were approached about being the hosts of Ready for Love, it was a no-brainer for us. Everyone wants to find that one person they're meant to spend their life with; Giuliana and I found that in each other and it's a true honor for us to be part of a journey that could help others have what we've been blessed to find.

Michelle Obama and a female friend dined at Giuliana and Bill Rancic's restaurant, RPM Italian, in Chicago on Wednesday night.
As she entered the front door of the bustling River North restaurant, the First Lady – who was dressed in all black – received applause from the surprised room of diners, an onlooker tells PEOPLE.

After attending the after party for An Evening with the Chicago Bulls charity event at Studio Paris benefiting Bright Pink in Chicago Tuesday, Lady Gaga and boyfriend Taylor Kinney stepped out for a late night dinner.
Joined by a group of friends, Gaga and the Chicago Fire actor stopped into RPM Italian – owned by Bill and Giuliana Rancic – for some homestyle fare.
The group ordered up dishes including lobster caprese, insalata bianca, duck agnolotti, Sicilian pork arrosti, Mediterranean octopus, Mama DePandi's bucatini pomorodo and short rib pappardelle among others.

New parents Giuliana and Bill Rancic aren't just raising Edward, they're running a restaurant in their hometown – Chicago eatery RPM Italian. And as the weather outside is less delightful, you can whip up one of their recipes that is "easy and seriously delish," according to Giuliana.

But it wasn't long ago that Rancic and his wife Giuliana had no idea how their son Edward Duke, who was born via gestational surrogate on Aug. 29, would take to the bottle.
