Gloria Estefan Could Have Been a Spy

Had fate worked differently for Gloria Estefan, today the Cuban singer would be working as a spy. Thanks to her ability with languages, when she was younger the CIA asked her to work for them, reports People En Español.

Colombian Rocker Juanes Sweeps Latin Grammys

Colombian rock star Juanes was crowned the new king of the Latin Grammys Thursday night, sweeping the five awards for which he was nominated and becoming the new record holder – with 17 to his name overall.
"It really has been an amazing night," Juanes said when his hit, "La Vida ... Es Un Ratico," was named Record of the Year.
Gloria Estefan, who performed two songs during the three-hour ceremony, took home two awards: for Best Tropical Song and Best Traditional Tropical Album, for her 90 Millas. She was also honored Wednesday as the Latin Recording Academy Person of the Year.

Jennifer Lopez had better be pregnant, says Gloria Estefan, who was not shocked about Lopez's recent announcement that she's expecting.
"Oh, what a surprise. I think we guessed that," the singer told Extra at the Latin Grammy Awards on Thursday. "Either that or she swallowed a basketball!"
