Kate Hudson Gets Advice About Love from Kurt Russell

It's been nearly two years since Kate Hudson announced her plans to wed rocker beau Matthew Bellamy.
But if the happy couple need any advice when it comes to love and relationships, well, they have a very valuable source at their disposal.
Hudson's mother, the glowing Goldie Hawn, is weeks away from celebrating her 30th anniversary with partner Kurt Russell on (fittingly) Valentine's Day. And although they may set a decidedly enviable example, Russell says they're not prying into the couple's personal business.
"We stay out of their way, obviously," he told PEOPLE at Friday's Living Legends of Aviation Awards in Beverly Hills, where his Gogi wine label's Pinot noir was served. "But if we find ourselves talking about each other and how we feel about each other, we stand up and we say, 'Wait this is important!' "

Did Kate Hudson secretly wed her fiancé Matt Bellamy?
Not according to Hudson's mom Goldie Hawn who was recently quoted in an interview saying, "When my daughter Kate married an English rock star it didn't worry me."
Make that misquoted. Taking to cyberspace to set the record straight, Hawn Tweeted late Monday, "Darling once again twisted the truth. They aren't married."
Hudson, 32, who has been engaged to the Muse front man, 33, for almost a year, gave birth to their son Bingham in July.

Kate Hudson and Matthew Bellamy are already mom and dad – but are they also husband and wife?
The couple, who welcomed son Bingham last July, announced their engagement in April.
And now Hudson's mother, Oscar winner Goldie Hawn, 66, may have let marriage news slip during an interview with the U.K.'s Evening Standard's ES magazine, reports the Vancouver Sun.
"When my daughter Kate married an English rock star it didn't worry me," Hawn is quoted as saying. "All that matters is that the relationship is a good one."

As could be expected, Kurt Russell is overjoyed at the news that Kate Hudson is pregnant.
"It's fun having babies once again," Russell, 59, the longtime partner of Hudson's mother, Goldie Hawn, tells PEOPLE. "We just really like that. And it's fun to watch them grow. It's fun to see what they're grasping."
But the actor has a confession to make.
"I think secretly we're all hoping for a girl," he says with a laugh.

The actress's abode was transformed with pumpkins, spider webs, witches and even severed heads hanging from the trees. In the backyard, "the pool was covered and made into a dance floor," says a guest.

Goldie Hawn says that daughter Kate Hudson is in good spirits despite her recent split from Owen Wilson.
"She's doing really well," Hawn told PEOPLE at the Partouche Charity Poker Festival in Cannes, where $1 million is up for grabs for a charity of choice. (Celebrity players include Hawn, Woody Harrelson, Dennis Hopper, Salma Hayak, Edward Norton and Tim Robbins.)

Goldie Hawn couldn't stop gushing about grandson Ryder (the nearly 4-year-old son of Kate Hudson) during Wednesday night's Manhattan benefit for human rights group Witness.
So what's one of their favorite things to do together? "Oh my God, chat!" said the actress. "He says, 'Gogo, let's talk.' So we get a cup of tea, and sit down and we talk. He's quite brilliant."
Not that things are always so high-minded. "We also like to get lime ice cream," Hawn said.

Mom-and-daughter pals Goldie Hawn and Kate Hudson enjoyed a recent afternoon together in New York's Greenwich Village, where we spotted them arm in arm, skipping along the sidewalk while shopping and visiting friends. Kate left pal Liv Tyler's apartment early in the afternoon, and then she and Goldie made a brief pit stop at one of their favorite Village eateries, Bar Pitti. The mother-daughter team – dressed like twins in tank tops, baggy khaki pants, flip-flops and big sunglasses – roamed the streets window-shopping for a few hours before Kate stopped into ABC Carpet and Home (Goldie waited outside). The close-knit, lookalike ladies lunched together again a few days later – this time with Hudson's hubby Chris Robinson and their 7-month-old baby, Ryder – at Barney's.

Three decades ago, Anthony Hopkins starred in "The Girl from Petrovka" with Goldie Hawn. Monday night at the Beverly Hilton, the two were reunited at the Hollywood Awards, to accept his and hers Lifetime Acting awards, reports PEOPLE.
