After crossing the nation on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, Guy Fieri knows a thing or two about what makes a sandwich spectacular.
The co-host of Food Network's Rachael vs. Guy: Celebrity Cook-Off shares one of his all-time favorite recipes – his beef sandwich.
"The rye bread, the horseradish, the onions – it's the bomb!" he says.

After being fricasseed by The New York Times in a blistering restaurant review that a chef wouldn't wish upon his worst enemy, Guy Fieri says he's not canceling his subscription to the paper.
But the Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives host – the 10th highest-paid chef in the country – is not taking the Times attack by food critic Pete Wells lying down, either.
"I just thought it was ridiculous," Fieri said on Thursday's Today show, after flying all night to appear on the program to defend his 2-month-old Guy's American Kitchen & Bar in Times Square, the target of Wells's scathing attack.

Tom Brady was all about giving back over the weekend.
The New England Patriots quarterback, 34, headed up the 13th Annual Best Buddies Challenge: Hyannis Port over the weekend, as part of his ambassador duties for the organization.
The weekend's events raised $4.5 million in donations for the nonprofit organization, dedicated to creating friendship, employment and leadership training opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The organization has grown to chapters in about 1500 middle school, high school and college chapters worldwide.
Starting with a challenge on Friday, the athlete played QB alongside some Best Buddies participants, supporters and fellow New England Patriots.

One ingredient Bay Area TV chef Guy Fieri probably couldn't live without: his 2008 Lamborghini Spyder Gallardo convertible.
Except the $200,000 car has been missing since March 2011, after a robber broke into the British Motor Car Distributors dealership in San Francisco and drove away with it, reports the San Francisco Examiner. Since then, the car was only seen on closed-circuit TV, including going over the Golden Gate Bridge.
That is, until last Saturday night, when investigators went to a Port Richmond neighborhood storage unit with a search warrant related to a 17-year-old San Rafael boy, whom witnesses said was linked to an April 13 shooting. (The teen has since been arrested and charged with attempted murder, possession of a stolen vehicle, resisting arrest and having a loaded firearm.)

What is it they say about too many cooks?
Clearly the celebrity kitchen's not big enough for at least two TV chefs: Anthony Bourdain and Paula Deen.
Bourdain, the bestselling author and host of Travel Channel's No Reservations, triggered a food feud by blasting the queen of down-home Southern cooking in a TV Guide interview.

Guy Fieri spends about 200 days on the road taping Food Network's Diners, Drive-ins and Dives and Guy Off the Hook. When he's home, his time belongs to his family: wife Lori and sons Hunter, 12, and Ryder, 3, both of whom love to hang out in the kitchen with dad. In PEOPLE's April 6, 2009, issue Fieri and family show off a fun, easy meal based on some of his boys' favorites. "Let kids learn what tastes good and what doesn't," says Fieri. "They may come up with a great combination you never thought about."
