The latest volley from the Jon Gosselin-Hailey Glassman front comes from Glassman herself, who Tweeted just after midnight Sunday, "I just want to thank everyone for their support. I was brutally honest and put everything out on the table infront [sic] of the entire world."
Her message follows a tumultuous week of dueling public statements from Gosselin and Glassman, including reports that the couple had split.
Still, a source told PEOPLE, "This was all a carefully orchestrated sequence: First, Hailey laments how hard her life has been lately and how bad Jon treats her, then Jon repents. Next, Jon plans to announce that he is going to be spending some time alone."

Are Jon Gosselin and Hailey Glassman Over?

After a tumultuous week of dueling public statements from Jon Gosselin and his girlfriend, Hailey Glassman, reports surfaced that the couple have split – but a source tells PEOPLE the situation is not cut-and-dried.
"This was all a carefully orchestrated sequence: First, Hailey laments how hard her life has been lately and how bad Jon treats her, then Jon repents. Next, Jon plans to announce that he is going to be spending some time alone," the source tells PEOPLE. "It has all been designed so that it doesn't seem as though Hailey got dumped."
As for whether the pair are actually over, the source says it remains to be seen. "Jon has said he was done [with Hailey] before, but he basically hasn't been single since he was 19 ... He doesn't really know how to be alone. He'll probably still spend most of his time either with Hailey, or some new girl."
On Wednesday, Glassman opened up about her relationship with the reality star dad, telling The Insider that he was frequently angry and emotionally abusive. "He'll call me and take his anger out on me," Glassman, 22, said. "He has 'mantrums.' .... I cry and say, 'Why are you so mean to me?' "

While Jon Gosselin imitators around the globe are getting ready for Halloween, the real one says he is focusing on something else this weekend – spiritual enlightenment.
In a statement, the beleaguered father of eight says that he plans to reconnect with his "deeper, more spiritual, more altruistic self" through regular study sessions with celebrity Rabbi Shmuley Boteach.
"I am well aware that my behavior over the past few months has not always reflected my personal and religious values," Gosselin, 32, says in the statement. "I further accept that I have allowed myself to become somewhat severed from my own moral anchor and [to] be carried away by the challenges of fame."
Boteach, who bills himself as "America's Rabbi," is best known for his high-profile connection to Michael Jackson, to whom he also served as a spiritual adviser. After Jackson's death the rabbi published a book of their private conversations, The Michael Jackson Tapes. Also for sale on his Web site: a Rabbi Shmuley Bobblehead and his book, Kosher Sex.

Jon Gosselin Regrets Hurting Hailey Glassman

Jon Gosselin continues the delicate juggling act that is his romantic life.
While tangling with estranged wife Kate over their eight kids and money issues, the reality star is trying to make amends with girlfriend Hailey Glassman after she called him emotionally abusive.
"My girlfriend, Hailey Glassman, has paid a significant price to live under such a media microscope,” Gosselin tells the TV show The Insider, which also reported Glassman's complaints.
"I am grateful for her emotional support and I regret any pain that my actions have caused her as she has selflessly born the pressures I have endured under the media glare. I am committed to making things right with Hailey as well as Kate and especially my children. I ask you to please give me the opportunity to prove myself."

Jon Gosselin's Girlfriend Says He Throws 'Mantrums'

Jon Gosselin has more relationship drama on his hands.
Hailey Glassman says her reality star boyfriend is emotionally abusive – and she's sick of it. "He'll call me and take his anger out on me," Glassman, 22, says in a two-part interview scheduled to air on The Insider beginning Thursday. "He has 'mantrums.' I shouldn't have to put up with being emotionally abused. I cry and say, 'Why are you so mean to me?' "
But she may not get a straight answer. "Sometimes he has trouble with the truth," she says, "and he will dance and dance around his lies. He's like Jekyll and Hyde. But I still love him."
Ever since she started dating Gosselin, Glassman says her life has changed – and not necessarily for the better. "I met Jon in a bubble," she says. "I'd never seen the show. I had no idea." After their trip to France in July, she says she's faced harsh criticism. "People judge me before they meet me. I get threats everyday. I get called a home wrecker and a fat whore. People will stare or point. It gets worse everyday."

Bethenny Frankel to Jon Gosselin: 'Get Your Crap Together'

Bethenny Frankel of The Real Housewives of New York City is not shy about her opinions – and now she's giving her advice to Jon Gosselin.
"I think you're defeated. You need to pull yourself up from your bootstraps and get back to your kids and get your crap together," Frankel tells the embattled reality TV dad on The Insider in a segment they taped together to air Tuesday. "You need to pull it together."
Referring perhaps to his summertime trip to St. Tropez with 22-year-old girlfriend Hailey Glassman and alleged brief romance with a tabloid reporter after his split from wife Kate Gosselin, Frankel adds, "It looks like you went through a rebellious phase."

Jon Will Always Love Kate, But Is in Love with Hailey

Jon Gosselin says that, while it was over between him and wife Kate last October, he did try counseling in an effort to save their 10-year union.
"I worked on my marriage," the reality star, 32, told PEOPLE outside his Pennsylvania home on Wednesday. "I went to therapy. I have huge bills so [detractors] can't denounce that ... For [Kate] to say she'd been working on it – well, I'd been working on it too, and at one point in time I just gave up. There's a point in time where you just say, 'This is not going to work.' So I just moved on."
He says he reached that decision in October 2008. In May, he says he began "talking" to Hailey Glassman, 22, but they did not start dating until after Kate, 34, filed for divorce on June 22, because it "wasn't appropriate."
Now he and Glassman are "boyfriend and girlfriend," he says.

Christian Audigier Says Jon Gosselin 'Is Not the Same as He Was'

Christian Audigier first saw Jon Gosselin while flipping through the channels and stopping on Jon & Kate Plus 8 – a much simpler time for the reality TV dad, he says.
"I was watching Jon and Kate and then I was seeing him on the cover of magazines with my shirt and asking for a job," the Ed Hardy designer says, adding he soon flew Gosselin out to Saint-Tropez to join him on vacation. "I met the guy for two days to see what he wanted to do as a job. In the beginning it was Jon and Kate, and then the guy came with another girl. He told me, 'I'm going to come with my stylist. I need two tickets for the plane.' So I said, 'no problem.' "

"I'm not some fame whore," Glassman tells E! Online about her relationship with the Jon & Kate Plus 8 star. "I want people to know the truth. Right now I'm speaking from my heart, myself. I'm not some celebrity, I'm not some famous person – I'm just a 22-year-old girl who got caught in the middle of all this."

Even with their divorce pending, Kate Gosselin says, when asked if she still loves her soon-to-be ex, Jon Gosselin: "When I think back to the Jon I knew – yes, suffice it to say."
However, the star of TLC's Kate & Jon Plus 8, who continues to wear her wedding ring, says that's not because of any hope of reuniting with Jon. Speaking on Monday's Today show in her first live TV interview since her marriage ended seven weeks ago, Kate broke into tears as she told the program's Meredith Vieira that the ring remains on her finger because "I don't want to upset [the children]."
The sextuplets and twins, all under the age of 10, "know that it's my 'married to Daddy' ring," she said.
