"They're in cahoots!" Berry told PEOPLE on Saturday of the scheming by daughter Nahla, 4, and fiancé Olivier Martinez. "She and Olivier have big plans for me, I hear, but it's a secret."
No matter what, things should work out well. "As long as it's with them," Berry says. "Whatever it is will be fantastic."

Olivier Martinez confirmed his engagement to Halle Berry in March, but up until now, Berry has been mum.
"Who knew [I'd get engaged again]?" she said with a laugh to Extra on Saturday, during her first red carpet appearance since Martinez popped the question.
"I swore it off, right? Never say never, people!"

It was a date night for Megan Fox and hubby Brian Austin Green at RockSugar Pan Asian Kitchen in L.A. The two are frequent guests of the restaurant – and, as such, placed their "usual" order, a source tells us, noting that the two "almost always dine on the same thing."
Their favorite dishes? An order of ginger fried rice (which they split) and two orders of chicken samosas.
According to the source, they were laughing and having a good time during dinner – and were very friendly with the restaurant's staff.
Meanwhile, the night before Halle Berry and finacé Olivier Martinez shared Thai fried chicken wings during a quickie visit to the eatery.

Kids' Choice Awards 2012 host Will Smith wasn't just blowing smoke when he said Saturday night's show would be the "best show ever."
As soon as Smith hit the stage he warned: "No one is safe from the slime." Especially not Oscar winner Halle Berry, who was the first celeb to get covered in the neon green sludge.
Also not immune to the show's slime-for-all was first-timer Chris Colfer. The Glee star was presenting with Heidi Klum when one of Nickelodeon's award blimps spewed into his unsuspecting face.

Halle Berry spent some quality mother-daughter time with Nahla at Knott's Berry Farm in Buena Park, Calif., over the weekend. The two were joined by an assistant at the amusement park, but Berry pushed her daughter in her stroller by herself. The recently engaged actress, still sporting her foot cast, looked relaxed and casual in her off-the-shoulder sweater and jeans. And Nahla looked like she was having a blast at the park – and the twosome even picking out souvenirs together to take home. – Melody Chiu

Finally making the news official, French actor Olivier Martinez confirms reports from January that he's engaged to Halle Berry.
"Yes, of course it's true," he told The Miami Herald while promoting his new South Beach restaurant Villa Azur.
Contrary to reports the actress had a Gurhan-designed ring, Berry's emerald engagement bling was actually designed by Robert Mazlo of Paris, whom Martinez called "a real artist" who has been making jewelry for "kings and queens for many centuries."

Well, that's one way to turn heads on the red carpet.
When Sacha Baron Cohen made his much-anticipated arrival on the red carpet Sunday night outside Los Angeles's Hollywood and Highland Center for the 84th annual Academy Awards, the Dictator star carried an unexpected accessory: a prop urn filled, tongue-in-cheek, with what he said were the ashes of late North Korean leader Kim Jong-il, who died last December.
Always up for antics, Cohen, fully costumed in a militia coat as Admiral General Aladeen, dumped the urn on E! host Ryan Seacrest, who later described the powder inside as pancake batter.

Halle Berry Cancels Oscars Appearance

The Oscars will be a little less glamorous this year.
Halle Berry, who was set to present at the 84th annual Academy Awards ceremony on Sunday, has canceled her appearance because of her broken foot, PEOPLE has learned.
Berry injured herself while shooting Cloud Atlas in Spain in September. According to the movie's studio, Warner Bros., the accident occurred while "walking in Majorca on a day off from filming."
But it turns out there was a little more to the story. A source told PEOPLE at the time that Berry was chasing after her 3½-year-old daughter Nahla, who was chasing after a goat across a stretch of rocky countryside.
Berry will be missed – but at least she has the perfect scapegoat!

Halle Berry's beau Olivier Martinez has been spending so much time in Los Angeles with the Oscar winner that he hasn't visited Miami for months. But that will change early next month, when the French actor opens a restaurant on South Beach.
"I love the interesting and international people I have met in Miami," Martinez tells PEOPLE. "So when my friend Michael Martin said he found a space for a restaurant and lounge where we could bring in the best aspects from the South of France, I was excited and wanted to get involved."

Engaged or not, one thing's for sure: Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez were enjoying their dinner (and drinks) during a night out at West Hollywood's SLS Hotel.
Joined by a male friend, the couple was tucked away in a corner booth for their 8:30 p.m. dinner at José Andrés's molecular gastronomy hotspot, The Bazaar.
A fellow diner didn't spot Berry's mystery green ring – the actress kept her hands mostly under the table – but noted that she and Martinez kept their PDA to a minimum, adding that they were "acting cute but not overly couple-y."
Berry, meanwhile, was sipping a "Jalé Berry" cocktail ($16) – made with fresh blackberries, gin, Cointreau and a slice of jalapeño, and named after the actress. The group enjoyed the tapas-style menu, and Berry was seated in between the guys. The dressed-down trio were smiling and laughing a lot, the diner adds, and flying under the radar.
