Looks like Harrison Ford has a good ear for creating a funny TV moment.
And that ear belonged to Jimmy Fallon.
In a queasy, brazen display of do-it-yourself chutzpah, the actor pierced the talk-show host's ear … right in front of a live audience on Friday's Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.
But it was Fallon's alternately petrified, amused and shrieking reaction that stole the show.
Here's how it all went down.

There he was – Han Solo, Indiana Jones – just waiting to be kissed.
But Viola Davis, who had a major crush on Harrison Ford when she was younger, just couldn't pull the trigger on her planned "ambush-kiss" on the set of Ender's Game.
"Listen, I didn't want to say he was a crush of mine when I was a very young girl, because I did not want to be disrespectful of his age. But I wanted to ambush him," Davis, 48, told PEOPLE at the film's Los Angeles premiere Monday. "But it did not happen."

May the flubs be with you!
Star Wars fans should cherish this 2½-minute blooper reel, which gives a rare behind-the-scenes glimpse into the classic film series.
The reel is a composite of takes from the original trilogy, discovered by Lucasfilm editor J.W. Rinzler while he was searching through the film archives in preparation for a new making-of collection, Wired reports. It was then screened at San Diego Comic-Con this summer.

Jake Gyllenhaal is the latest actor to drop major weight for a movie, but he says it's really not that different from prepping for any role.
"I think [I've lost] probably a little over 20 pounds, something like that," the actor, 32, told PEOPLE Monday on the red carpet at the Hollywood Film Awards, where he looked noticeably thinner as he was honored for his role in Prisoners.
While he may look different, his approach hasn't changed as he prepares for Nightcrawler, Gyllenhaal said.

Call it civic duty or patriotic pride, Hollywood is no stranger to showing support for the red, white and blue. Actors and filmmakers alike have produced films about protecting and defending our country against everything from terrorists to aliens to giant astroids. Whether based on real-life leaders or leaders created by a screenwriter's imagination, some of screen's heaviest hitters have taken their turn portraying the President of the United States. But who served the office best? Our faves are:

We know the groom wore Wrangler jeans and bride Calista Flockhart donned a simple white sundress when she tied the knot with Harrison Ford on June 15 at a no-frills outdoor ceremony on the grounds of New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson's hilltop mansion.
Still, there's one traditional – and sparkling – item that the bride is sporting: her new wedding ring. Flockhart was spotted happily wearing it this week in London, where she and son Liam, 9, went to see the action-packed dance show Stomp in the West End – and also dined at the Ivy.
And where was the handsome new groom? He's still in the Land of Enchantment – New Mexico's nickname – shooting the action-fantasy Cowboys & Aliens.

Who needs an Armani tux? When Harrison Ford married longtime girlfriend Calista Flockhart on June 15, the movie star opted to tie the knot in more offbeat designer duds: Wrangler jeans.
Completing the laid-back approach to their surprise Santa Fe, New Mexico, nuptials, Flockhart donned a casual white sundress for the outdoor ceremony on the grounds of Gov. Bill Richardson's hilltop mansion.
Flockhart's son, Liam, 9, served as ring bearer as the couple exchanged bands and simple vows. Looking on were Gov. Richardson, who performed the simple ceremony; his wife, Barbara; the governor's official counsel; and New Mexico's chief justice, Charles W. Daniels, who officially pronounced Ford, 67, and Flockhart, 45, husband and wife.

For newlyweds Harrison Ford and Calista Flockhart, the honeymoon will have to wait.
After marrying in New Mexico on June 15, the couple stayed put so Ford could resume work on his upcoming film Cowboys and Aliens.
"It's business as usual as far as I can tell," a source tells PEOPLE, adding that there have been no congratulatory cakes or speeches for the couple. "A lot of people still don't even know about [the wedding] on the set out here."
The source notes that the location – a small town outside of Santa Fe – isn't exactly a romantic hot spot.
