Spencer Pratt 'Barely Having Sex' with Heidi Montag

There are many things most people would rather not dwell upon when considering the facts behind the marriage between Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, perhaps the most reviled pairing in reality TV.
Thank God sex isn't really a fact in their marriage, according to Pratt.
Speaking to the New York Post"'s PopWrap on Tuesday, Pratt, 26, says that he's tried to prevent Montag, 23, from realizing her dreams of becoming a young mother – by refusing her sex.

Spencer and Heidi Get Another Puppy

It all could be practice for little ones down the line, but for now Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag are adding another puppy to their new furry family, Inky.
It was just last month that Pratt surprised Montag for her 23rd birthday with a 9-week-old maltipoo puppy, whom they named Dolly, after country singer Dolly Parton. But it seems their household was getting a little too girly for the 26-year-old Hills star.
"We're getting Dolly's brother and naming him Inky the Ninja!" the couple tells PEOPLE exclusively of the little black maltipoo that will be joining the household soon.

Heidi Montag Gets a Puppy for Her Birthday

Clearly still in their honeymoon phase, Heidi Montag celebrated her 23rd birthday Tuesday with husband Spencer Pratt and a new addition to the "Speidi" family – a 9-week-old puppy!
"Spencer gave me the best gift ever, a maltipoo puppy that we have named Dolly," Montag tells PEOPLE exclusively. The dog, named for country singer Dolly Parton, is white with black ears.
"I'm so excited today is my birthday," Montag says. "Thank you, God, for every moment you have given me and blessing me with my wonderful husband."

Audrina Patridge Calls Heidi's Singing Career 'Disappointing'

She may be all for supporting her friends on The Hills, but when it comes to cheering on the budding musical career of Heidi Montag, Audrina Patridge isn't exactly her costar's No. 1 fan.
"I feel like Heidi, you know, she's doing it for fun, where a lot of singers and people, they work their ass off, and they actually have amazing voices and they can really sing and perform, and I feel like a lot of people don't get to experience what Heidi has, going on in front of a billion people and perform on TV," Patridge told PEOPLE while promoting her new movie Sorority Row over the weekend. "I just don't think she's taking it that serious, and that's what's kind of disappointing for me, for music lovers out there."
But the 24-year-old beauty – who says Montag's Miss Universe performance was "very Britney Spears-like" – has plenty of positive opinions about her own foray away from reality TV and into acting for the silver screen.

Heidi Montag channeled her inner-Britney on Sunday's Miss Universe pageant, stripping down to a sparkly top and nude-colored pants for an energetic romp through her new single, "Body Language."
Sure, the Hills star – and aspiring pop diva – didn't appear to be actually singing live. But Montag worked the stage with abandon – and a fleet of dancers who stayed in sync to her moves.
"I am so excited to perform ... at Miss Universe for my first ever live performance," Montag told PEOPLE before the show. "This is such a miracle in life and I give thanks to God everyday for this once in a lifetime opportunity."

Heidi Montag Uncovers Plastic Surgery Secrets

Heidi Montag graces the cover of the September issue of Playboy and admits the men's magazine provided inspiration when it came to her 2007 plastic surgery.
"When I was shopping for my boobs, I wanted the best, so I sat down and flipped through a bunch of Playboys," Montag, who also had a nose job, tells the magazine in an interview conducted by her husband, Spencer Pratt.
The star of The Hills, 22, who married costar Pratt, 25, in April, says she's not done making changes to her body. "I plan to get a few more upgrades ... I’m sure as I get older I’ll need some touch-ups," she says.
Adds the newlywed, "I think I want to go bigger on my boobs for [Spencer]."

Heidi Pratt's Newest Role: Fitness Guru

Heidi Pratt is definitely proud of her figure, flaunting it in string bikinis at the beach and even doing "some nudity," for September's Playboy cover. Now, The Hills star has plans to share her fitness secrets in The Heidi Workout.
"Staying fit is something I'm really passionate about," Pratt, who changed her last name from Montag after marrying Spencer Pratt, tells PEOPLE. "I work out with a strength-and-conditioning coach 90 minutes a day, five days a week"
Now she's planning to share the specifics of her routine of "full-body, intense resistance exercises" in a new downloadable workout series developed with trainer Chad Waterbury.
The series features full-body conditioning exercises executed as rapidly as possible, "so you burn fat faster," says Waterbury, who does both light and heavy weights (think 75-lb. kettlebells!) with Pratt to give her body "a hard look with a feminine shape."

Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag might be off I'm a Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here! but the reality TV stars are already making plans for a comeback.
"I actually was just letting NBC know that I am ready to go back," The Hills star, 25, tells MTV News. "I'm ready. I got a whole new attitude about it."
