Fresh off a stint in the hospital for gastrointestinal problems, Josh Hartnett is back in action – and back on the prowl.
On Thursday, a month after locking lips with former flame Kirsten Dunst, his Virgin Suicides costar, at New York City's Beatrice Inn, Hartnett, 30, was spotted sharing lunch at West Village eatery the Spotted Pig with another on-and-off paramour, supermodel Helena Christensen.

Helena Christensen: 'I Eat Like a Pig'

How's this for supermodel justice?
"I eat more than anyone I know," says Helena Christensen. "I'm obsessed! [Food] takes up about 75 percent of my brain. I eat like a pig."
But don't show up at her doorstep with flaming torches just yet: Christensen, who first found fame in Chris Isaak's steamy Wicked Game video, admits she's had to step up her workouts to make up for her eating habits.
"I'm super lucky with my metabolism," she tells InStyle U.K. in the new April issue. Still, she adds, "I have to be realistic – that might not always be the situation. That's why I chose really intense training."
As for turning the big 4-0: "Age in itself doesn't freak me out," she tells the magazine. "I'm in better shape than I was at 25 because I'm actually doing something physical."

The actress was happy to hang out with Helena Christensen as revelers feasted on salmon, French fries and lots of cookies and pastries in the underground restaurant. Meanwhile, Olsen stayed deep in conversation with friend Derek Blasberg – tucked away in the back – and 21 star Jim Sturgess stuck close with his girlfriend, Mickey O'Brien. Later, the crowd moved to Submercer, a tiny subterranean bar that guests could enter from inside the restaurant – continuing the celebrations late into the night.

Helena Christensen Steps Out with Interpol Rocker

It's official: Helena Christensen isn't dating Josh Hartnett – she's been getting cozy with Interpol lead singer Paul Banks.
The two were seen kissing and holding hands Wednesday night at the launch of Tocca Vintage at Butik, her store in New York's West Village.
A source close to Christensen told PEOPLE, "They've been together for a little while now. [Banks is] very sweet and nice and bright – not a party person."
Though she was tight-lipped about her mysterious date, it didn't stop her from sneaking kisses with him the entire evening. She told PEOPLE, "I don't talk about my private life, I've learned from all the other very smart artists out there."
Meanwhile, she's been easy to spot near the stage at recent Interpol shows, and Christensen recently revealed in a statement through a representative: "I have dated someone quietly for half a year now."
