Motherhood does a body good – at least in the case of Hilary Duff.
Post-pregnancy yoga and Pilates workouts are working for the former Disney star, 24, who said in April that those exercises make her "feel more clear-headed and positive."
She is also folowing the Fresh Mommy program, a national gourmet meal delivery service created by Freshology, which brings her three meals plus snack and a dessert daily.
Flaunting her fit figure in a black, low-rise bikini, Duff is photographed in Mexico carrying 3-month-old son Luca Cruz, while adjusting her sunglasses and showing off some serious abs.

What's with the look on little Luca's face as his mom Hilary Duff holds him?
His grandfather thinks he has an idea.
"I sent my dad this pic and he said 'luca told me to tell u, u made his oatmeal lumpy' lol," the actress, 24, Tweeted. "He is cute when he's mad!"
And her adorable son (even when he's crying) keeps the new mom happily occupied.

Hilary Duff hasn't forgotten about the other kids in the house!
Though the actress and husband Mike Comrie became parents to son Luca on March 20, she was already a mom of sorts to her pack of dogs – Yorkie Jak, Chihuahuas Lola and Coco, and Bernese mountain dog Dubois – and she still has her eye on them.
"Where's Jak???" she Tweeted on Monday, along with a seemingly nondescript photo of a couch and two pillow cushions.

Leaving baby Luca at home, Hilary Duff and husband Mike Comrie enjoyed a night out at Surrender Nightclub in Encore at Wynn Las Vegas over the weekend. The pair, situated in the VIP area near the DJ booth, joined friends as they listened to DJ Tiësto and Manufactured Superstars during the club's two-year anniversary celebration.
Duff "seemed very excited to be out with friends" and was "in a great mood," an onlooker tells PEOPLE. "There was lots of laughing and smiling." Nearby, Benicio del Toro (also a new parent) and actor Lukas Haas partied in another VIP booth.

New mom Hilary Duff stepped out for a quiet dinner with hubby Mike Comrie and a group of four friends at SoHo House in L.A. – sans son Luca.
The vibe was mellow, but Duff was very chatty with a girlfriend and spend the evening laughing and enjoying good conversation. The group would alternate between small side conversations and also shared jokes with the whole table, as guests sipped wine casually.
When it was time to leave, Comrie ran over to his wife's side of the table and pulled out her chair, helping her to get up from the table and placing his hand on her back as they walked out together.

She's gotten a little mom time in. But two weeks after giving birth, Hilary Duff is busy doing errands for the baby, too.
The actress, 24, who welcomed son Luca Cruz on March 20, was spotted Sunday doing a little shopping at the The Pump Station & Nurtury in Hollywood.
Duff went with a sporty look with her outfit Sunday, perhaps not surprising, given that she's already hitting the gym post-baby.

The actress and her husband Mike Comrie welcomed a son on Tuesday, March 20, Duff Tweets.
"Welcome to the World Luca Cruz Comrie! Tuesday evening, we became proud parents of a healthy 7 pound 6 ounce beautiful boy," she writes.
"We are overjoyed and feel like the luckiest parents in the world," she continues. "He is surrounded by so much love!! Mom and baby are both doing extremely well."

Hilary Duff's whole house is ready for the stork to arrive.
The expectant star, who's due any day now, has been Tweeting updates about her condition and shared a photo of three of her pups – Jak, Lola and Coco – waiting by the stairs, all looking as though they are awaiting a special delivery.
"Funny pups," she wrote Friday. "Yes I know Lola's has a very.. Um.. Unique hair cut! Still trying to grow back from her surgery!"
