Jessica Alba & Her Daughters Pick the Perfect Pumpkin

Jessica Alba took daughters Honor and Haven to Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch in West Hollywood on Sunday.
Dressed in purple jeans and a white T-shirt, Alba made sure both her children had a great time.
"Honor had her face painted and played in the hay maze and on the inflatable Jumpin' Pumpkin," an onlooker tells PEOPLE. "Meanwhile, Alba pushed Haven in her stroller."
Model Alessandra Ambrosio also made an appearance at the pumpkin patch that day with her daughter Anja and son Noah.
"She took Anja to the petting zoo," the source adds.

Alba, 30, will release The Honest Life, a how-to handbook based on her mission of creating a natural, non-toxic life for her family.
"It's totally crazy but amazing," Alba tells PEOPLE of her book news, adding of her lifestyle, "I'm not extreme. This book is for people who are in the middle but want to create a healthier life, like me."

Jessica Alba's Fish Sticks Mishap Causes Near Fire

All she wanted to do was make some fish sticks for her daughter. Instead, Jessica Alba caused a smoky situation and set off the fire alarm at her New York hotel.
In town to premiere her new movie The Killer Inside Me at the Tribeca Film Festival, Alba was attempting to heat up some fish sticks in her room at the Smyth Hotel on Wednesday when, according to Internet reports, she couldn't figure out how to work the oven. Instead, the actress almost caused a fire in the hotel – with smoke so bad that fire trucks were called to the scene.
But Alba's rep tells PEOPLE there was no fire. "They were preparing Honor's dinner," her rep, Brad Cafarelli, says. "[There was] no fire – just some smoke that unfortunately set off the alarm."
Alba is also a judge at the Tribeca Film Festival.

Jessica Alba's Stress Cure: Her Daughter

When it comes to blowing off steam, some celebrities practice yoga, some get massages, and others hit the beach. For Jessica Alba, relief comes in the form of her daughter.
"Honor is the best cure for stress," the actress says of her 19-month-old in the February issue of Self. "When I spend time with her, I get instant perspective. I can be hard on myself if I don't do everything perfectly. But now that I have her, there's no time for that."
Alba, 28, who is part of the all-star cast in the upcoming romantic comedy Valentine's Day, says she hopes to teach Honor not to be so hard on herself, either: "I want to teach her that you can learn from your mistakes, and if you keep moving and stay positive and loving, everything will work out."
The actress regained her pre-baby figure quickly, but says becoming a mom also changed her perspective on her body.
"Pregnancy was the most incredible experience I've ever had," she tells the magazine. "So I’ll take the stretch marks. I’ll take the sagging boobs. I'll take the cellulite I can never get rid of. If you walk around with your head held high and you’re happy and positive, then all that other stuff is irrelevant. Confidence is number one."
