Josh Brolin and Diane Lane's Split Was 'Mutual,' Says James Brolin

James Brolin said his son Josh is doing fine in the wake of his impending divorce from Diane Lane, calling their split "mutual."

Brolin – who accompanied wife Barbra Streisand as she performed at the Oscars Sunday night – said his son, 45, was watching the Academy Awards show at a party with famed film directors the Coen brothers and his daughter.

"He's great," Brolin said. "You know, everything is mutual. It's all okay."

Streisand, Brolin Stalked

A photographer was arrested for investigation of stalking after he allegedly followed Barbra Streisand and her husband, actor James Brolin, twice while they were driving. The couple headed directly to a Los Angeles County sheriff's station Saturday afternoon when they noticed they were being followed by somebody in a van -- later identified as Wendal Wall, 28 -- as they traveled on Highway 101. Hours later, they noticed him following them again on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, where they have a home. They flagged down a deputy, who stopped the driver. Wendal was held for investigation of stalking on $1 million bail, police said.
