Jamie-Lynn Sigler and her boyfriend, Entourage actor Jerry Ferrara, have called it quits, PEOPLE has learned.
Sigler, 28, and Ferrara, 30, met on the Entourage set in 2008 when Sigler joined the HBO comedy as a guest star – playing the on-screen love interest of Ferrara's character, Turtle. They soon became a couple in real life, too.
"They're busy with their careers, and she in particular has a couple of movies out in 2010, and others in the works for 2011, so it's just tough," a source who knows the couple tells PEOPLE.

After marrying young and then divorcing, the 27-year-old Sopranos actress tells this week's Page Six Magazine, "I think I deserve to form my own life now."
In her early 20s, she explains, she was "often misguided and misled," and her 2003 marriage to A.J. DiScala was no exception.

The Sopranos may be on hiatus, but Jamie-Lynn DiScala has been keeping herself busy – especially at night. "I'm shooting a horror movie right now called Darkride," she tells us. "We film only during the nights. I've become a night owl. Last night I came home with a bunch of blood on me. It's crazy. But I'm really having a lot of fun." It's not all blood-and-gore for the actress, however. DiScala will guest-star on Will & Grace on Nov. 25, playing Will's boyfriend's sister (got that?). As for her downtime, DiScala says she and her manager-husband A.J. (wed since July 2003) are getting ready for their first holiday season since moving to L.A. from New York. "We're hosting," she says. "It will be a little bit of both families. And then Aspen for New Year's and St. Barts after that. We haven't honeymooned yet, so we're trying to do it in little installments."

No longer just the Boss's daughter, Jamie-Lynn DiScala is taking a break from the family business for a very different kind of business. In USA Network's Call Me: The Rise and Fall of Heidi Fleiss (airing 9 p.m. March 29), the Sopranos star, 22, plays the title role of the infamous Hollywood madam. After initially thinking she'd say "No way!" to the part, DiScala couldn't turn down a role that's so radically different from brainy Meadow Soprano – not to mention her own life as a young newlywed (to manager A.J. DiScala).
