As Sue Sylvester, Jane Lynch spits out sass with the same ease costar Lea Michele hits high notes on Glee.

Jane Lynch already has practice winning an Emmy. But come Sunday night, she's going to face a new challenge: running the show.
Fellow costars and nominees say the Glee star and first-time Emmy host, who is also nominated for her role as Sue Sylvester, is definitely up for the gig.
"She's going to kill it," Bridesmaids star Melissa McCarthy, who is an Emmy nominee for her role on Mike & Molly, tells PEOPLE. "And I have a good seat to watch Jane just destroy it."

"We're kind of doing an episode of Glee that is on steroids," Lynch told reporters during a recent conference call, promising that her character, Sue Sylvester, will be even meaner than usual in an episode that also features McKinley High's glee club, the Cheerios and footballers teaming up as zombies for a "Thriller"-themed halftime show.

When it comes to flaunting figures, Jane Lynch leaves that to her new wife Lara Embry.
"She wears bikinis – not me," the Glee star, 50, told PEOPLE at a recent Entertainment Weekly party. "She looks fantastic in a bikini."
Continuing to gush about her spouse's physique, Lynch pointed to Embry and said, "I mean look at this. Look at what we are talking about here."
